I purchased this on February 2, 2021 and on June 16, 2021 it will not work. It has been well taken care of not mistreated in any way.

It came defective. Left ear speaker was detached. You can hear it rattle. Had to return it. Purchased a Razer to avoid further disappointment.

I didn’t really enjoy them I hope they make a better pair of headphones quality so bad

It feels cheap and my ears touch the plastic making it uncomfortable

Hissing sound when not in use. Battery life is not good

I picked these up from SteelSeries directly and absolutely love them. I have used SteelSeries from my PC gaming for a few years now so I felt good paying the price for these knowing they would be of good quality. The sound is great. Put them on and I can't hear anything but the game. I don't like the sidetone button that allows you to hear yourself, that makes no sense to me, but I guess someone might have a need for it. The battery life is good. I use it on my PS4 currently. As mentioned above the true test will be on the PS5 when I get it this week, but I don't see myself or anyone that buys these being disappointed.

Great headset for about 3 year use. Would definitely buy again once my finances improve.

Been on the market for a new headset ever since I upgraded to the PS5 and this fell on my radar. After reading review after review of a lot of different headsets, pulled the trigger on this one (once it was finally restocked!) and couldn't be happier! The clarity, the 3D audio that comes through seamlessly, and no lag! Changed the gameplay. So comfortable (and I have a huge head) that I'm able to play for hours....while the wife is at work.... Great quality for the price! Won't be disappointed!

I bought this headset 3+ years ago and still using now, no issue yet. Very comfortable and can connect to muliple devices. It’s a good investment if you want a long term headset.

I have both Arctic pro wireless and these Arctis 7P wireless and boy let me tell ya lol. These headphones are a must buy for a casual gamer that once to go Kaio-ken for a few hours. If you love these then upgrade to the Arctic pro wireless Must buy!

I was really excited to get these headphones after seeing all the great reviews. When received it the packaging is really nice and the quality of the headset is amazing. The features and audio from the headset are impressive. However, they are extremely uncomfortable. The headset uses a band that lays on the head but not ever after an hour my head started hurting. I really wanted to enjoy this headset but it is difficult when it causes headaches. I would recommend this headset to people who can wear most headsets but I personally have trouble finding comfortable headsets.

Such a comfortable headset on the ears. That's the first thing I noticed. Then, the sound. It's clear and sounds great. Comes with a USB-C connector, but it's not the easiest to fit into some ports due to the attachment. It will need space. It does have a USB-C to USB-A adapter which is fine and is suppose to be the same exact result. No bluetooth, but does come with the standard 3.5" plug to go into most hardware. It will not work with an iPhone but does work with Playstation (5/4), Switch, PC and Android devices. Does not come with a case, though.

Headset is great but wireless functionality dependent on a proprietary dongle that Steel Series doesn’t regularly carry. If the tiny dongle is misplaced you now have nothing more than a paperweight. Poor company.
