That is a quick fix hook it up to your computer download the app for them update firmware and then you’ll be able to mess with EQ it’ll save the EQ setting to the headset. Only reason I’m giving four and not five is because it can not save multiple EQ settings at once.

Just an ok headset

The online EQ that you can do is just an inconvenience they need to get an app to just equalize it while you’re playing so you can figure out what sounds you want. There’s maybe 5 different presets and they all sound the same.

Should've Stuck With Turtle Beach

It's not as good as TB. The white noise/hiss is very loud. The sound is flat and lacking low range. They are comfortable and the sliding mic is nice.

Versatil Headset but Audio Quality Could be Better

Most gamer headphones are complete garbage. SteelSeries makes some great products but I was not impressed with the audio quality. For most people they're probably fine but if you consider your self an audiophile, skip these and go for the Arctis 9. They have better sound quality (but still not great).
