Q: When is Best Buy getting the Black Arctis 7P+?
A: They won't get it , because its a SteelSeries website exclusive
Q: when i use it on the ps4 is it gonna be the same as you using it on the ps5
A: The only major difference will be the lack of tempest audio support on the ps4. A vast majority of the tech forums I frequent say the sound quality is significantly better on the ps4. I have no idea way and I am quite certain Sony doesn’t either
A: If you tap the PS button & go to the speaker icon you can select a different audio output device without unplugging the dongle. I do it all the time when i switch from my AV receiver to my headset.
Q: Does this come with a 3.5 mm headphone jack? Asking cause I saw a review that said it came with one.
A: Yes
A: It uses a usb-c dongle that plugs into your PS4-5 or computer so there’s no latency like there is with Bluetooth. So no Bluetooth.
Q: Does the headset work with 7.1 surround sound on PC out of the box, or only PS5 surround sound?
A: Yes it does have 7.1 for the pc and its better to plug onto pc first to use the app on pc for the headset, that allows you to customize sound and mic and enable noise cancellation.

A: Yes and its pretty comfy. For the price its above n beyond the pulse headset. Beats it in everyway!
