Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life of the Arctis 7P+ Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the convenient retractable microphone and its compatibility with multiple gaming platforms. However, some users experienced issues with the USB-C dongle and occasional connection problems. A few also noted that the volume control could be improved and that the bass response might not be sufficient for all users.

Ive got a bigger head and have owned this one and the 7p. Steel series headsets never fit right on me. And the sound lacks bass.

Does the job and then some. My kids claim they feel like they’re fully immersed when wearing them and they haven’t broken yet.

I had the acrtis pros before this and thought they would be similar quality just wireless. I was so wrong. You can't control the game/chat volumes. They sound terrible for music with a phone. And just the over all quality of them is horrible compared to their other products. Super disappointed with these headphones especially for the price.

I just bought the 7P before i knew these were out. I think i like 7p better. There is a lot of interference with these. The mic gets staticky and on a few occasions it cut off on me. I did firmware update as soon as i took out box. Really thinking of returning but i will give a little more time.

Overall good headset for the ps5. Charging is USB A to USB C that's a plus. The dongle does take up both front USB slots of the ps5, so keep that in mind.

Works fine, no problems. Never disconnects and only when it had an update it, I had to reset the head by the pin under the earmuff

Great Headset For the Ps5. I originally had the Palse 3-D headset but didn’t like the fact you couldn’t mute it from the controller.

Unacceptable that this headset doesn't have a game/chat mixer to change incoming volumes from game or chat for individual preference. Due to this I didn't give the headset a chance. Sorry, but cheaper headsets with 3D audio have this feature. If you only play single player games and never chat then it is great sound.

Owned the previous version of this headset for 2 years. Replaced it with this one because was happy with the old one and it stopped working. The battery life is better and USB-c is nice, but that’s about the only improvements. Wireless range is now HORRIBLE, sometimes it disconnects less than 3 feet from the dongle. It regularly disconnects 6 feet away. People on discord complain about robotic/transformer sounding voice. Never had an issue with the older version of this headset I could literally walk outside my house to the sidewalk and still have a good connection. This headset is really just complete trash now compared to the competition, which is sad because it used to be great. Steelseries has jacked up the price massively too.
