Lasted less than a year. The headset just died. I wouldn’t recommend these for the price. I regret not buying the warranty. The sound was ok and could have been alot better.

They would start buzzing at time and couldn’t hear anything until you cut headset off and on and most of the time was a static sound in background when using them. Easy to connect and use but just poor audio quality.

I bought this to use for my PS5 and on PC. Overall I am very satisfied with it. Pros: Comfortable, I am very picky about my headphones because too much clamping force is very painful for me. I can wear these with no issue. Awesome battery life with USB-C charging Sound is great and microphone quality is good and clear. Design. Feels premium, with an aluminum band, only weak point seems to be the hinges. The buttons are easy to use and the retractable mic is nice. Cons: No game/chat mix. Not a huge issue on PS5 because it's easy to change on screen, but annoying for PC. No simultaneous bluetooth. PS5 doesn't support bluetooth audio but it would be nice to be able to use Discord on a separate device while playing. This should no longer be an issue soon with Discord coming to Playstation. USB-C dongle is big and blocks the front USB port on PS5. They did include a USB-A to C adapter if needed which is nice. Ultimately I chose this over the Arctis 9 due to the better battery life and USB-C port. PS5 does not support the chatmix features that the 9 offers.

Great sound profile but Mic is too Strong. My friends could hear themselves Out Of My ear cups because the mic is Too strong. I had to turn my headphone volume to The Lowest where I can barely hear Just so I wouldn’t mess up my friends Time playing.

If you’re planning on using these on your PS5, you should avoid these at all cost. The sound quality in some games is so absolutely horrible that I am using my television speakers over a $200 headset. The audio is tinny, and drowned out with static sounding feedback(?) I have tried troubleshooting and changing settings but it seems to be a widespread problem. Honestly, buy another wireless headset for 1/3 of the price. The build quality will not be the same as Arctis, but at this point, these headphones are unusable.

Pros: - Very comfortable even with glasses - Sounds great for a gaming headset - Microphone sounds about as good as you could hope without using a dedicated microphone or a very high-end headset - great battery life and USB-C for charging Cons: - No Bluetooth despite some competition in this range having it - No support for the Xbox. If you are a multiplatform gamer this isn't the headset for you - No way to adjust chat volume separate from game volume The Arcis 7P+ is easily the best headset I have tried in this price range. Having come from the Stealth 700 v2 it's pretty amazing how much more comfortable the 7P+ is. I have experienced no bugs with the headset, no software issues, and no pairing problems. The only complaints I have are due to a lack of a couple of features like Bluetooth and Xbox support. If you don't need those then I can't recommend this headset enough.

If you're a PC gamer who utilizes the dual channel feature of Arctis headsets, be warned that this headset does not have that feature. The channel switch was replaced with a side-tone volume switch. Do not recommend for PC gamers.

My microphone quit working and I've only had this item for 5 months. I purchased more expensive headset thinking this would be better quality but it isn't. Waste of good money.

Overall looks good but not a good headset. It doesn't keep connection with system.

I prefer astros there so much better….if there wasn’t white noise sound and sounding like your in water then ya sure but idk

I had to replace multiple times due to the Bluetooth not working anymore.

I love that these are wireless so you aren't actually stuck to your controller. It's really comfortable to wear and I can hear things so crisp and clean. The retractable mic is a neat feature and when you mute yourself, it has a bright light to tell you you're still muted. The battery life on these after a charge is really good too. I feel like I made an excellent purchase with these and I can use them on any console or PC.

I like my turtle beaches better, you need a dongle for these to work.

Really good and the mic is exactly what I wanted. Compared to the PS5 pulse headset this is way better especially since I can go on the steelseries website and configure the settings even more to get the prefect sound for gaming.

Item worked great for a day. Doesn’t work at all now. Will not turn on.
