Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life of the Arctis 7P+ Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the convenient retractable microphone and its compatibility with multiple gaming platforms. However, some users experienced issues with the USB-C dongle and occasional connection problems. A few also noted that the volume control could be improved and that the bass response might not be sufficient for all users.

Its hard to give an acurate review because i haven’t tried out any other comparable headsets but the sound and 3D audio is nice and ads to the immersion of a game. However, the adapter you have to plug into the PS5 covers up the other plug in. Also i had to turn the headphones up all the way both physcially and in the settings of the PS5 so they could definitely be louder.

Good sound quality, comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions, but sometimes I would accidentally turn on or turn off the mic when adjusting the volume cause the mute button is right by the volume dial

    Poor Design Features

Few design faults I was not happy with. Forst, the USB-C dongle is poorly designed and covers the USB-A port on your PS5 due to its inexplicably weird shape. Second, it doesn't allow users to adjust chat and game volume independently, which I did not like at all.

Amazing headset worth every penny, only issue is programming the audio on this headset you need a computer a windows works best. Besides figuring out how to adjust audio on the equalizer no complaints. Maybe add sonar surround audio to the mac. I also had issues installing steel series gg engine just weird bugs. Great headset poor engine to support it and customer service to work thru it.

Was very happy with what I bought however several months later into my purchase, the headset stopped wanting to connect. I wanted a headset i could reset manually or through my system setting reset the connection. But i have to plug it into my computer to update the firmware or something like that. That tells me im going to have to deal with constant updates and having to both interrupt my fun and have to drive to your nearest store because theres no easy way to fix this. My computer doesnt run well and honestly is on its way out of my life because the new updates actually impede the computers operating because its not windows 10. Im just tired of constantly updating the second i open something. This operating system needs firmware that doesnt need updating frequently. Im better off with a wired headset and makes me not want to buy another steel series unless its wired. Im too old school to want new school tech that may or may not continue to work years later because of battery life, connectivity, etc.

    Not impressed

I think the sound is about the same as the Sony Pulse 3D headset. It is an inconvenience that the PS5 won't automatically switch to TV speakers when you turn the power off on the headset. You will have to go into settings and select the audio output. The Sony Pulse 3D will automatically switch. Upgrading the software is a little weird. You have to connect a cable from a PC usb port to the dongle, then connect another cable from a usb port to the headset.

I had to order this through steelseries because next but didn't have it in stock for a while. But headsets are very comfortable sounds is clear I use them on COD and can hear footsteps clearly. I also love that you can use the C cable to charge it and fast charge, I also like that it last about 30hrs. So far i havent charged it for 3 days i am trying to see how long it last before i charge it. I do recommend on comfort alone and overall sound.

These do not work at all. They connect to my PC and PS5 no issue but no sound comes out of the headphones. The company told me to update to the latest drivers etc. but that did nothing. I love how they feel but I need to return them for another brand that actually works unfortunately.

Very comfortable headset, but the audio is choppy on the PS5. During action and on the home screen it goes in and out. Very disappointing for the price.
