I tested these on PC and PS4 alongside the Logitech G935, the Sennheiser GSP 370, and the HyperX Cloud Flight S. All four worked on both PC and PS4 easily, and they are all confirmed to work on PS5 as well. I have left reviews on the site for the G935 and Flight S as well. I just don't really understand the hype around the Arctis 7. The sound quality is just decent (especially for the price), but far worse than the GSP 370 and Flight S. The big plus for the Arctis 7P is that they are very comfortable with great build quality. They have useful buttons onboard, and they are super simple to use, no PC necessary. The mic quality is very solid. Ultimately, the sound quality is just flat out not good, especially once you line them up side by side with other headsets in this price range. The soundstage is shallow without decent depth at all. They sound tinny and mushy. The huge difference in sound quality between these and the GSP 370 and Flight S is immediately noticeable. I will say that the G935 is worse by a bit in terms of sound and far worse in terms of build quality. If you're curious, the expansive sound and comfort of the GSP 370 won for me, plus the excellent sidetone volume. The Flight S has the same great build quality and numerous buttons as the Arctis 7P, although you have to customize them on PC. The GSP 370 has none, just a volume dial and mute feature. You may see reviews mentioning no sidetone and connection issues for the GSP 370, but that has since been added/fixed with newer firmware.

For the price, these are built well and sound good. The wireless works great and no drops. Easy to set up and no connectivity issues. Good battery life. I needed a set to play with friends periodically. Since I’m primarily on The other console or PC I didn’t want to spend Audeze money for something I wouldn’t be using on a daily basis. These are worth the asking price.

Thank you Best Buy. I tried to get this headset from another store online and never received it. I ordered the headset from Best Buy and there was no problems receiving the item. The headset works properly and they are excellent. With the wireless feature I am able to go almost anywhere in my house and they stay connected. The battery never runs out and the sound quality is superb.

Great sound, fits perfectly (you can adjust), microphone works flawlessly.

This is a great wireless headset. I've had hyper x cloud flight headset and was looking for more of an upgrade. This was just the right purchase. I was able to use it on my PC, my PS4 and my switch. With the new PS5 coming out I wanted to ready for all the new features that headset would be able to take advantage of. The sound it great. Good amount of bass and a lot of detail in the soundstage.

I waited a month for this to get back in stock and finally got my hands on one! First off, I LOVE the fact that there is a USB-C dongle without the long cord. The only thing I would wish is that it was slightly smaller, that way it did not block the other USB ports. The Build is solid, it sounds amazing, and the 3D Audio is FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend this over the new Sony ones!

This is the second pair I have bought. One for myself originally and just bought this one for my wife, can't say enough good things about the sound, volume is more than sufficient and directional audio is amazing for shooters and clarity is great! Definitely recommend. Battery life has been astounding as I still have yet to run out of charge during use

Steelseries has always been a reliable brand for gaming headsets. This is a really good quality wireless headset that is a better choice than PlayStation’s pulse 3D. Has a good and clear mic, long battery life, and good quality sound that can be customizable with the steelseries engine on pc. It is also super comfy with the adjustable headband and is good for long hours of play.

Excellent sound quality, it surprised me that they perform as good as my Sony XM4. Battery life is good not amazing tho. I had the pro version that you can remove the batteries and change them separately. The only thing I hate about this item is the dongle, it blocks the ps5’s front usb so I have to connect my controller in the back of the ps5.

Sound is great on these, super comfortable, very long battery life

This headset is great for gaming in the new consoles. With 24 hours of battery life you will never run into having to constantly charge it. It sounds great and can get loud. It has sound profiles you can play around and customize with on your computer if you want it to sound just right for you. Only cons I have about this headset is headband itself feels light and it may fall off if you were to have to run and that the wireless wire is long and looks a little out of place.

These are really comfortable and have greater sound with the PS5 over the PS4 but it’s slightly lower on the group chat. I am giving them a 4 star because of the wireless fob which is too long and covers both usb ports making it impossible to charge your PS5 controller which resulted in me having to buy a PS5 charger but other than that no complaints. I recommended it to others but would wait when they are on special.

Easy to connect sound is prerty good mic sound good as well for average gamers. I was a little concerned regarding comfort due to limited adjustment but it is a pretty comfy headset ears dont get hot buttons might get confusing but you will get use to it. Party nd game chat mixer is missing here instead they put sidetone which i think eliminate a buzzing sound when its quiet.

Extremely comfortable, great sound isolation, amazing sound plus the extra option of adjusting the equalizer for your needs. Works great with the PS5 - not all the bells and whistle options the PS Pulse headphones have (As those are obviously playstation and connectivity options are better), but still preferable headphones. (I tried both to be sure).

One of the main aspects I look for in headsets is accessibility. With that said, given the fact that you can use this headset for nearly every platform you can think of is a massive selling point alone. That doesn’t even include the great sound quality, comfort, and chat/volume control options on the headset. Highly recommend!

Did my research and now have the best headset I’ve ever owned! Perfect sound quality, mic is solid and super comfortable. My last turtle beach set squeezed my head but these are just right. Ears are soft squishy cloth material so no more suction cup effect. Definitely worth the money and protection plan just in case.
