Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like these headset the fact that it has a 24 hour battery life and in terms of wireless connectivity I have yet to experience a drop out even when walking out of my room. With that said I don’t know if my headset is a defect because my headset would make crackling noises whenever I hear my friends talk in the ps5 party chat and one time it got to the point where the right side of the headset went completely silent for a few seconds

Great sound, poor integration.

Integration with PS5 is not well done, if the receiver is plugged into the console the PS5 will always default sound to the headphones even if the headphones are turned off, you will have to manually switch to TV/Speakers every time if you are not using the headset. If you plug in the adapter in the USB-C slot on the PS5 it will block the other USB port on the front of the console, to avoid this you can use the USB adapter and plug it in the back of the console.

Boost the volume
