Item is great if I could get the system this is utter garbage that I cannot get a system when I log in to every retailer site when stock is “supposed” to be available and never get it ...between the bots and the retailer sites crashing it’s utter chaos and sucks for not scalping individuals

I have had these headphones for over 1 month now. They sound good but there is almost NO bass. Even after adjusting the equalizer settings and saving, bass is nonexistent. Battery life is really good (hopefully it stays that way). Sound is crisp and clear. I can hear footsteps of enemies. They work well with my Mac and for listening to music.

Picked this up due to astro not dropping a better next gen a50 (expecting one next year) and very happy with it. The dongle adapter is a little weird being attached to a cord but beyond that no complaints at all. Solid buy

I got these for my bf and he loves them! It’s hard to find a set that has everything he’s looking for but this one does .. they say noise canceling well that is absolutely right because he can’t hear anythingggggg I say with these on haha

Overall good headset. Sound design and quality. The things I dislike about this headset is one the wireless connectivity when you are in a game lobby it has interference and your voice skips. The other thing and this is only because I have big ears, the ear part could be bigger. Other then that I like these headset.

Everything is dope about it. Somehow I have bad luck with one small feature not working on any headset ever I've bought, regardless of brand. Feature I miss out on for this is the playback feature to hear what I sound like, oh well, flawless elsewhere.

This headset is great for the price! I purchased it for around $150 and I have not regretted it. The instructions for charging and the reference to the lights does not reflect the actual product. However with quick searches on the internet I found the device works fine just not as intended regarding the lights.

I use it for ps5 and pc, great headset except if you have longer hair, my hair goes about half way down my back and 80% of the time i take this headset off, it pulls my hair/my hair gets stuck inside the turning points

Great headset for the price my only upset about this headset set is that is does not uses usb c to charge is 2020 and i honestly think every electronic device should charge with usb type c

Sound is outstanding. However, mine will not charge. I had it for about 40 days before this started happening. I contacted SteelSeries support, but they were not helpful at all.

Sony 55" TV is excellent great picture. I used the Geek Squad to mount the TV on the wall. Ed did an awesome job. Perfectly level and got all the TV settings working very quickly. He also cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.

Really good headphones, the only thing I don't like is that sometimes, even if I'm close to the console, it will disconnect/reconnect in a loop. Most times its clears up and it has only happened a handful of times, but that's why I'm not giving it a 5 * review.

It’s awesome, just which it had a docking stand like the Astro a50. doesn’t work with 3D effects like the pulse 3d, may be worth it to check the pulse out.

Compared to the PlayStation platinum that came out a few years ago, not impressed. Comfort is A1, but sound quality is really lacking. My Sony platinum headset is dated but still gets the job done beautifully.

great headset in the beginning, but it was not even six months before the mic started to cut out while you’re talking. i tried to reset it, still does it. sound is great, mic was great when if worked.

The sound quality and the feel is amazing but the deal breaker is that if you use it wirelessly then your friends will have a hard time hearing you, you tend to be really quiet but the mic is normal when wired.

It’s def worth the money the head set is great and def superior to the ps5 base headset having said that sometimes the Bluetooth will disconnect for no reason but only once in a blue moon
