It’s great I love having it.It looks like it will break due the the thinness of it but it’s sturdy and holds.I like that I can mute my mic with a button now. It’s a bit pricey but it’s good and I would recommend it.

The sound is good but you have to go into the settings so dual sounds won't come out.

First time using steel series headset coming from turtle beach this one is actually pretty nice. The sound is nice and clear my friends can also hear me with no problems. It can get pretty loud with the max volume. Definitely recommend this. Works perfectly on my Xbox series x

Got this as a gift to myself after a successful semester with the help of a friend. Initially I was in love with it because of how easily I was able to set it with my PC or Xbox. Around November I heard a snap sound when I put on the headset, then a few days later the cup snapped off.
You can see how cheap the plastic is and how brittle it became after a few months of use. I tried contacting customer support to see if they could help me get it fixed. I was told that they do not cover "accidental" damage. I am by no means rough on my headsets. A headset this expensive should not be this cheaply made. Having on one support point on each cup is just asking for total Failure.
This interaction with the manufacturer plus the quality has turned me off completely from this brand and will never purchase one of its products again. I advise anyone looking for a good headset look for a more reliable brand that will not turn their back on you after making such a cheap product.

The sound is amazing and it's extremely comfortable to wear. The problem is the it's made of thin plastic. My headset broke in the same spot as 2 of my friends. Definitely needs some reinforcement.

Oh my god. These have been the opposite of worth it. I legitimately hate these headsets. Belive me when I say STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE AS POSSIBLE. I was looking for the best wireless mic money can buy for xbox. These were made with microsoft specifically for the xbox connect system. Wow is this trash. Sound quality is really basic, as in my over ear anker soundcore life q20's sound better. (Go look em up real quick) but my problem isn't with the incredibly average mediocre out of box eq mixing. My issue is with the fact that these cost over 200$ and not only do they have connection issues but they could not stay connected for even 1 full game of overwatch! Wow! I've owned these for 2 days (one weekend) and they have completely disconnected and powered down by themselves in the middle of a game, MULTIPLE TIMES on full battery. My gen 1 stealth 600s from 2 years ago that I'm REPLACING work better than these out of the box. And after all that I figured maybe the wifi interference had something to do with it, WRONG. I removed every wifi device from my living room just for this garbage headset (and it was VERY VERY ANNOYING) and still, disconnects while loading a game from the home screen and powers off. This product has been such a turn off for 200$ not only do I say steer clear from these specific headsets, but if you want a headset for xbox, avoid steel series all together, the only good products theyake are for pc and playstation.

The mounting piece between the headset and the earmuff broke causing it to come apart and only be held together by the cord. I’ve had these since last September and feel like for the price that is not long enough. Kind of sucks but was good while it lasted.

Fantastic fit. Sound quality it better than I had hoped. I can simultaneously connect to my computer and Xbox which is a big plus for me. Build quality seems solid so far as well. I also love the retractable mic.

Bought this for Christmas and my boyfriend finally had a chance to use it. However, the sound spectrum isn’t there. It sounds like a $20 headset with a $200 price tag. It fits nice and the quality of the material is good.
