Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Arctis GameBuds' sound quality, comfortable fit, and impressive battery life. The earbuds are also appreciated for their portability. However, some users have reported connectivity issues and have found the active noise cancellation to be subpar. Additionally, a few users have noted that the bass could be improved and the volume may be low during online use.

These are great earbuds that work for multiple video game consoles and PC. I particularly use them for my Nintendo switch too as well as gaming on my PlayStation. Very happy with them. I think that adaptive noise control is superb. I do wish they would provide a cleaning tool to remove ear wax on it. Oh no, great purchase and especially appreciate the price.

Great sound for gaming & listening to music. Enjoy these better than over the ear headsets. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I have to unsync it & resync it from the Xbox sometimes to make the mic work. Sound is amazing though for gaming

I bought the steel series gaming earbuds at the beginning of April and they have been great. Easy to pair with clear sound and the mic works well for communication. I can also use them for my phone like any other Bluetooth earbuds. Highly recommend

Great product. Doesn’t near match the quality of a headset but great for casual use and to not mess your hair up or to wear a hat or hoodie while gaming. If you want earbuds for gaming these are the ones to get

I was very excited for these for a while. However the ANC isnt as good as i would hoped for vs theyre actual headsets. Quailty feels plasticy. Sound sounds good. Bass isnt as good as i hoped for even when chnaged in the tuner. Mic is excellent. Annoying thijg. You have to chnage everything in your pc to make it work. Select input and output to the earbuds, unlike other devices that do it auto. Overall 3 of 5. Id stay with my steel series headset though.

I’ve always enjoyed Steelseries products but as far as earbuds go, I was genuinely surprised at how good the sound was and how long I can use them for. I find them fairly comfortable for almost the full battery life, which seems to be a little more than 12 or 13 hours. If you don’t care for over ear, or just the over the head band of standard gaming headsets I’d really recommend this.

They're good sounding earbuds. Have used them for gaming and casual listening on my phone and no issues with either. No latency when gaming on my PC using the included dongle. Wish the case was higher quality but it is what it is. They also fit really nicely in my ears and I can wear them for hours without issue

They are super comfortable and the software is very good at what it does. I think there is a missed opportunity though which is why I gave it a 4 star. The transparent mode isnt good enough to allow voices in eve. The lowest volume settings or even while audio isnt played through the device. Fix that though and its easily 5of5.

The Arctis GameBuds offer great battery life and ear comfort but I've been experiencing bad audio quality when paired to my iPhone via bluetooth. Audio is very good and stable while using the supplied USB-C dongle for 2.4Ghz mode. Note that I've upgraded the buds to the newest firmware but I'm still having audio distortion with bluetooth connectivity. I do not recommend this if you want to switch before 2.4 and bluetooth.

Portability is excellent as compared to my wireless Astro a50 headset. After a 7hr session, the Astro a50 headset does feel more comfortable as these in ear buds start to feel big in my ear canal. Overall, sound is good for what it is, not as good as the a50 headset, but worth the trade off for me to not have headset hair. Mic quality in these earbuds is poor compared to the Astro a50 and I’ve experienced sporadic mic issues and connectivity issues.

Sound is phenomenal. Steel series app makes these the best sounding headphones. Tried them out on discord and was told mic sounds bad.

These Arctis GameBuds are seriously awesome. Switching between my PS5 and PC is so smooth, it’s like they just know what I need! They’re super comfy. I can wear them for hours without even noticing. Plus, the quality is spot on. If you want great sound and zero fuss, you can't go wrong with these.

While lighter over the ear headsets like the Steelseries Nova 5 are ok, I do find most headsets to be uncomfortable when I wear glasses. These are the first earbuds style that I tried with a 2.4Ghz dongle. Paired with the excellent Steelseries GG pc and mobile software these have been a staple for me with my pc, PS5 and Switch. I loved them so much I bought a second pair in black

These are worth every penny. The sound is awesome and the connectivity is very intuitive. I love that on the buds is a physical button vs touch control. I use them for gaming talking on the phone, even listen to muywhile cutting the grass. Battery lasts a long time. Noise cancelling is great both passive and active. They are even comfortable to fall asleep with, I have many times

Currently I own multiple gaming headsets(Astro A50x, hyperX and etc) and also multiple Earbuds(Samsung Buds 3 Pro, Beats, and etc). This one really surprised me in terms of quality and specially lag free playing fast games like COD and Marvel Rivals. The only problem was initially pair it with my smartphone and my PC. You need to update the firmware and switch the case to PC mode to do it.(It came in Xbox mode). The ANC is not good as the other Earbuds.

    Great Concept, Disappointing Quality

I enjoyed these earbuds when for the first 5 months I had them until the left earbud failed and stopped playing any audio. Got with their support (which is amazing) and even multiple troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue. The end result was replacing the entire set... and now, the replacement set has the same exact issue - the left earbud stopped working again and I've lost confidence that even a 3rd replacement set would last at all. Disappointing considering they were about $200.

I use these exclusively with my Steam Deck, as mobile gaming with giant bulky headphones just wasn’t a reasonable option. These are great because they come with a 2.4ghz receiver, which allows these to be used as a mic (great quality btw). Sound is amazing and offers spatial quality. 11/10.
