Took a few trys to connect, sometimes reconnecting as well. Sound is good, ill wait for second gen. After they fix the connection bugs.

I own an over-the-ear headset, so I decided to try theseyet I must say I am not impressed, as the audio quality is underwhelming. Nothing exciting to say about these buds.

I had high hopes for these but after using them for a few days the sound is just ok… you would think for being ear buds the sound would be right in your ear…. But that is not the case with these. Playing COD on these was nothing special for the price and the mic was not that good when getting feedback from others . I had high hopes wanting something compact and I love ear buds, but these are a hard no for me. The controls are not consistent as well when you try to press the buttons on the buds. In summary while they do work for the sound quality they are overpriced.

The sound quality is good but the mic in these is God awful.. Not to mention the setup requires you to be half a genius.. I was just looking for some simple earbuds with good quality to use while I have a scar around my ear heal and I just use my old headset with one side above my ear instead. Waste of money.. Should have returned when I had the chance..

Very good headphones, no issues and they work perfectly with the stand alone microphone we have for the PC.

Constantly disconnects right next to the computer and then you have to play a game of putting the bud back in the case and taking it out and hoping it reconnects in the first couple tries. Can't walk more than 1 room away or same situation when you get back. Microphone always sounds like you're far away. At one point the right earbud just started playing feedback nonstop and I had to figure out how to do a factory reset on them to get it to stop. The app liked to switch your default sound device every time you docked the earbuds to charge them for more than like 30 minutes. Maybe mine are just bad, but I was too late to return them with BestBuy's 15 day policy so now it looks like I wasted money. Just ended up purchasing a logitech yeti mic and some regular jbl earbuds and have had 0 issues since. Cant use a regular headset anymore due to skin irritation issues that came about so decided to give earbuds a go. Used steelseries mice for awhile with no issues but these do not live up to the quality i was expecting.

Worth the investment! Dont miss out on these delightful hearing.

Really good headset I enjoy it sound real good love

Bought for the black ops 6 release. Was excited to get, but once hooked up my party can barly hear me. The sound of my voice is like in a tunnel or mic is across room. Ended up going back to my other arctis headset. Ill use the earbuds for other around the house stuff, but if your buying for gaming to talk with friends, look at other steelseries products. If your solo gaming, yes they can be good, sounds was different being use to normal headsets. Finding myself, I am pushing the buttons when adjusting earpieces.
