Constant connection issues on the 2.4ghz channel. Seems like certain loud sfx cause weird distortions, noticeable on FH6, Arc Raiders, CoD, and BF. When they work, they're really good and feel good in the ears. Not really robust enough to justify the price.

Gets the job done, sound quality is great and battery life is better than my previous headset.

Great quality and features. Great for people who don’t like to have headphones either on their ears or on top of their head. Convenient for gaming with kids to only have one in and still be able to hear if they get up in the middle of the night.

My boys say they sound great but the microphone is horrible.

Was very hesitant to buy gaming earbuds....so glad I did. Outside of the chance I'll drop and lose them I live the sound. I play battlefield 6 on PS5 and I can hear footsteps in the midst of battle. Great purchase.

[Employee of bestbuy] These are my go to for everything now. I can pair them to my TV, my phone, I can link them to my PC with the dongle and my PS5 with the dongle. They're comfortable and fit in my ears without the worry of falling out if I'm eating or talking. Don't hesitate and give these a try.

They sounds great but the left ear bud has connection issues. I have had it just randomly disconnect and re connect 5-10 min latter. you don't make sure they are charging when you put them in the case you might go to use them and one will be dead.

These earbuds are amazing for console and phone use but wouldn’t recommend for pc gaming works fine but the quality is better used on console

Excellent sound and easy to use. I love not having giant cans on. Microphone could be a little better but it’s can be adjusted in sound menu. The app is great too. Got it on sale for 125.99 and that’s a amazing deal!

This brand in any of the products teamed with sonar is something that everyone would buy if they knew. But you only know what you know so keep on not hearing footsteps while I hear them alllll. Muahahahahah

Great sound and super portable. Love listening to my favorite YouTube shows in the morning through the ps5 and keeping things quiet at night while the wife and kids are asleep.

The earbuds has an amazing sound quality and very comfortable.

I bought these for their ability to be used on PS and Xbox. The quality of sound and microphone isn’t as good as I’d hoped but I love that I don’t have to use 2 separate headsets for the 2 consoles. If you’re looking at these for that specific reason they are definitely worth it. If you’re wanting crystal clear sound and microphone, you may want to look elsewhere. Battery is comparable with some higher end earbuds. A lot of off brands have much longer battery life though.

Love them they are great. Last a long time. More comfortable than have an over the ear headset.

Surprisingly comfortable with amazing surround sound. If you play games where sound cues are important these are perfect. You can tell exactly what direction sounds are coming from and honestly they’ve been a huge game changer 10/10 would recommend

[Employee of bestbuy] I really really wanted to like these GameBuds. I have had a SteelSeries Arctis 9 headset for nearly 2 years and loved it. It gave out on me today sadly. I purchased these GameBuds because I really really wanted them to work and work well. Unfortunately, I will be returning them tomorrow and getting a proper headset. Like I said, I really wanted to like these earbuds. They sound amazing for earbuds and honestly if I hadn't run into the issues that I did I would have considered getting them as backup at a later date. The first issue I had was the buds didn't have separate channels like my Arctis 9 headset did. With my headset, I was able to separate chat (discord), game sound, and even other media if I decided to. This way I could change the volume levels of one without messing with the other. The buds don't have this feature. The second issue came after using them for roughly an hour and a half. The left ear randomly started losing connection. That alone makes me very hesitant to use these for gaming especially streaming. I hate having to troubleshoot on stream and if my earbuds kept losing connection I would get very frustrated very fast. Now the right one started losing connection. I AM LITERALLY SITTING NEXT TO THE WIRELESS DONGLE! Unless it's just a weird issue I was having I would consider these a waste of money (and time).

Widespread known issue with Active noise cancelation. You will hear popping, crackling and in general distorted sounds when that is on. So technically ANC is not working. Gave it three stars because it really is a great product when ANC off, the sound and details are well received. The UI is amazing and size fit perfect. If not for that issue it would be the perfect product. Minus 2 star because: 1. ANC (Active noise canceling) does not work 2. The set up was very difficult to set up. Once it's set though everything works smooth.

Love these things. Conventional headphones get uncomfortable after long periods of times, these work for 10+ hours at a full charge.
