Sometimes they will randomly have one side not working, but I slap them back in the case and pull them back out and they work again (that’s why not 5). Otherwise these are perfect for me.

Not to mention the setup requires you to be half a genius.. I was just looking for some simple earbuds with good quality to use while I have a scar around my ear heal and I just use my old headset with one side above my ear instead. Waste of money.. Should have returned when I had the chance..

And not only that, but the process is the the biggest pain in the rear. I've been trying to update these things for almost an hour now. The "app" refuses to recognize my earbuds and is literally just a massive ad trying to get you to buy more crap. It's slow, and looks like it was built in the 90s. Which was the last time I remember having to plug a device into a PC to update so I guess it's fitting. Also they don't even sound good and constantly disconnect. I have to pull out the connector from my Xbox EVERY time I want to use them. 0 stars if I could.

Almost great, but deeply flawed.

Battery life is actually as good as advertised, which I find very impressive. Biggest issue is with connectivity. Random disconnects occur once every couple of hours on average. Sometimes go days without issues, sometimes disconnect every few minutes. Sent them back for an RMA in hopes I had a bad unit, to no avail. Disconnects only last a few seconds at most, but it is super annoying in the middle of a game, I use these strictly for video calls and use Arctis Pros for gaming.

Now I'm not completely satisfied. I loose mic connection for time to time. No, i do not have them on Mute! I've checked and checked. I've switched from BT to 2.4 mode vice versa. No luck. For me its frustrating when gaming and you can't speak to the person on you team. Basically if you come across this issue switch settings from Mute/Unmute to something else. Then switch back.
