    Sound quality is good along with the different cords to plug into different platforms. But pluged into the xbox controller, I have tried everything but still can't get the mic to work..

    Did not last long. Quality is flimsy even for delicate users. Wires became frayed quickly. Lasted about 2 months before getting glitchy and showing wear.

    This headset has a poor manufacturing defect where the plastic headband connects to the earpiece on each side. This can cause the plastic to snap on a tiny fall (such as less than 2 ft from desk onto carpet).

    Im not happy they stopped working and i think kts too late to return it was our second pair 1st one couldn't hear anything 2nd one same thing just happened later
