The headset itself is great with quality audio. However mic audio quality could use some improvement to sound a little more natural (I use it on PC mainly). There is optional software you can install on your PC to set your own optimization but it does seem a bit cluttered but gets the job done. Overall you can take it out of the box and plug and play without any issues, great value.

It was a great upgrade from my turtle beach stealth headphones, but better connectivity

A little small on the ears compared to my last arctic. I also wish I did not have to plug a receiver into the Xbox. Would also be nice to connect to 2.4gH and Bluetooth simultaneously. All in all an average product, and would have stuck with my earlier series arctic I bought about 4 years ago if I didn’t accidentally crack them.

Honestly have never had a better headset, I used the steelseries Arctis cyberpunk edition until they died years later and these are a perfect upgrade in sound quality

Great audio and comfortable to use for extended periods of time. retractable mic is awesome if you just want to use it purely for audio.

Excellent headphones. Steelseries really gave us a great value for money headset. Mic sounds very clear. Perfect for gamers who want 300 dollars worth of headphones just for cheaper.

Overall a solid choice for a headset, the range is great for when you have to go into another area of the house (pending how large your place is). Easy swap from Bluetooth to 2.4 pairing mode.

So for some reason it gets stuck ij Bluetooth mode and and still sayd its in 2.4 mode. I have to unplug the adapter and then disconnect the bluetooth from my phone to get it back overall great headset id buy it again

Recently bought after returning a pair of Logitech headsets. I currently use the Artics 7X+ for my xbox and I need a headset for my PC since i work from home now, great purchase very happy would recommend
