Loved my arctic 7ps on ps4 but these are a step backwards. Way too difficult to get the ratio of chat to game volume right imo. also not nearly as comfortable as the arctic series.

Great quality, comfort and sound! but…

The only thing is half the time I turn on my xbox it does not connect and I have to troubleshoot. My 15 year old headset before this never did that and was so reliable. Not sure why it’s doing that but can be very annoying. Other than that this is fantastic!

Get the warranty!

The best thing however was the warranty program! This was a replacement for a headset that failed; there were no questions other than what was wrong with it - and would I like a replacement or a store credit. My son wasn’t with me so I took the store credit and let him pick this out instead. And of course, we got the warranty on this too!
