    does not connect even when i have the app open to see the blutooth or with the wire i even did it while using one connection device at a time, their were problems with it turning on and not charging with the wire it came with or connecting saying its a bad wire when its connected to my pc.

    I purchased these headphones for work. They stopped taking a charge. I did the factory reset and are now taking the charge. I hope this does not happen again.

    The microphone makes you sound like you work for air traffic control. It’s not crisp and clear. Go get the nova 5 headset instead!

    I really wanted to like these, but they didn’t meet my expectations. The main reason I bought them was for noise isolation, and unfortunately, they didn’t block outside sound at all. In fact, I could hear more background noise compared to some basic headphones I’ve used before. That was disappointing. I ended up returning them.
