Disappointing Evolution of the Arctis 7.

Arctis 7 was a generational headset with it's hardware features for 2 audio channels (chat, game). However, now you're forced to use the "Sonar" software, forced to register for an account and provide your personal information, and its super bloated with worthless extra features that run in the background. I was exclusively buying Arctis 7 headsets over and over, and recommending the product to friends, but 3 out of 3 of us have now been forced into this extremely sub-par Sonar experience that has caused endless issues and hours of troubleshooting. I'll be returning this and moving away from the product line until I see a reason to return to it.

Dongle died after a month.

It is past the return window, so hopefully their customer service is good and they can get it replaced quickly. Just one more thing to deal with.
