Great sound and long lasting battery. Much better than other brands I've tried in the 150-200$ price range

These sound great, and are very comfortable to wear with glasses, and the added bluetooth is such a bonus

Great headset. Synced right up and sounds great. Coming from an older turtle beach set that broke. Seem to be more durable around the ear cups.

Honestly for the price I thought it would be better but still a game changer and a improved if you are competitive in video games.

Decided to get these after my Steel Series Arctis 9x decided to break where the ear cup attaches for absolutely no reason (what an awful design on those!). These are just as comfortable, if not more so due to feeling lighter and less unwieldy. Build quality feels a little better than the previous design and feels less likely to just fall apart one day. Sound is actually better, the battery lasts much longer and charges much faster, and it has a usb-c port finally. I don’t get nearly as many wireless disconnects, and the range is much better since this headset uses a dongle. The only thing I’m really not a fan of is that when you’re taking a call on Bluetooth while playing a game, any body in your party can hear what you’re saying to the person on the phone and the person on the phone can hear you gaming. The Arctis 9x didn’t have this issue. All in all a good headset but has a couple things that can probably be fixed in software.

Had some trouble getting it set up and connected to my xbox at first but once I did the quality has been great. Is really great for noise canceling and a clean smooth quality of sound.

I've loved SteelSeries for so many years, my biggest complaint is the microphone on the headset. Seems like a lot of the headsets don't have the best microphone. My nickname is now Squidward since that's who I sound like when using my mic. Otherwise, the sound is great, the software is peak, love it!

Works great for COD. Adjustable volume on the headset makes it easier than having to go into controls on the xbox. comfortable ear cushions as well.

Great sound quality and feel. would buy again. Wish the PC adapter was smaller.

Great quality, great features- only downside is the flimsy mic piece. Not a fan of how much noise it makes when you move it. It also does not have much noise suppression- picks up clicking from controller and typing from keyboard
