These are the best I ever had. Comfortable and light weight. They don’t hurt my ears like my last pair.

Got this headset when my arctis 9x broke and exchanged at BB. 9x was not in stock but this was and taking a chance on it. My son uses it the most. He really like the reduction in weight from the 9x it is about a half pound lighter. I think the biggest detractor for this is if connecting to Xbox you have to use a USB dongle to make the connection where as the 9x does it with no additional items. The dongle is included with the headset.

I like the ability to switch between a wired and wireless connection. In combination with the Sonar application, audio’s pretty customizable so that’s nice too!

Very defined sound when gaming. These see very confortable as well. They stay cool when wearing for long sessions.

Comfortable and good audio, only issues I have are the Microphone when fully retracted into headset will pick up audio and play it to who you're speaking to but that stops if you slightly pull it out, and the power button can be slightly annoying to turn on and off which is weird considering the mute mic button is a much better option to press in or out on the other side they could have used.

Overall, great headphones that dont quite look like a gaming headset. Can connect to my pc and my phone which is great

I love the option to switch between xbox and pc, however i do not lime having to switch a dongle between the two. Overall the headset is very comfortable and has graat battery life.

This is a great mid range headset. The SteelSeries hub has a selection of pre sets to fine tune your headset and enjoy. Has the option of pairing 2 devices at once, I paired my my phone via Bluetooth and my PC.

Coming from HyperX, which I think is a great headset, Steel Series is 10x better. The audio for gaming is next to none.

really good battery life and clear sound, plus very comfortable

They look and feel great. Very comfortable headset. I like that the mic is retractable and that you can use on Xbox and phone Bluetooth simultaneously. Only reason I didn’t 5 star is because I didn’t like the sound when I took them out of the box. I had to download an app on my Mac to change the eq settings. Not a big deal but a slight inconvenience.

Bought this a month and a half or so ago and everything has worked extremely well on Xbox and PC as of now. Comfortable on my head and the customization in the app is there for anyone that likes to play with sound settings and frequencies. It's worth noting that the dongle has an Xbox mode and a PC mode, alternating with a switch, so make sure thats set correctly before troubleshooting elsewhere
