Garbage

I can get it comfortable but not stable enough for them to stay on when I sneeze. Product lasted 6 months before it just stopped turning out. I did experience audio cut outs during games I don't on other headsets. Avoid these at 100 or above.

Too Cheap feeling for the price

Not great, and made for a child.

The microphone was the worst from any headset I’ve ever had, and the ear cups are sized for a child and became very uncomfortable crush my ears after about 10 mins of use. On the positive side the connection process to Xbox was easy. But for how expensive these were, I’d really expect better quality all around.

I like headphones or items that are very easy to implement or usable directly out of case with little to no set up required.

Customer service discussions are done through email and take extra time to understand the issues and provide possible solutions.
