Amazing set of headphones for the price. I have no clue what genuinely good headphones 300$ plus are supposed to sound like put If I can pay 150$ and get something this good, then the PC gaming community is thriving rn. The best part of these headphones is the vast software from steel series. It is just awesome to me that theres so much you can do on it to customize your headset. The battery is pretty solid for the price too, I wouldnt even say the pros are worth it at this point just because of the cloth more comfortable ear pads on this one as well as the price comparison for what you get. The best part of these headphones is the dual bluetooth connectivity. I can leave my house and use my phone to listen to music because you can have the connection from the usb dongle from the pc and your phones bluetooth work at the same time dual-ly. Overall the build and quality is okay. The downsides: So personally I have a larger head and although it is not terribly uncomfortable the ski band for your head is not the greatest for me for a few reasons, one being that it just feels kinda odd on your head, you get used to it. a BIG issue for me is that, it seems like SteelSeries is promoting this headset as a lifestyle pair of headphones that are more discreet and can be taken anywhere. The problem is that it is way too easy for me to get these to slip off my head, if I look down too fast they will even slip off. They will not stay on my head if I am making jerking fast movements and bending down. If you go out the house with these the highest form of activity I recommend with these is walking. Other then that the headset gets a little hot on my head and ears after a couple hours of gaming. Oh also, the area where the ear cups swivel are creaking when I stretch them over my head. So that could be bad or it could be fine in the future. Otherwise the sound stages are great and the bass is mixed well with tremble and nothing is too punchy, great job SteelSeries!

Very comfortable and sounds really good. The only thing I dont really like is being able to adjust the sound from the headset. I came from Turtlebeach and always played with the superhuman sound. If I wanted to watch a movie all I had to do it hit a button on the headset. Now i just settle on a setting in between both.

This headset is great! I have been using this headset for about a month and it does a good job for gaming, not to mention it is good for long time use. I have also used this as practical headphones with bluetooth and they work great for that as well. These are built sturdy and just a little to heavy for bringing around everywhere also may look a bit odd in public, but for the intended use of gaming they are great.

I’ve had the headset for a couple months now and I really love it over my turtle-beaches that randomly broke, great quality build, good comfort.

Allow me to start by saying that out of the four or so headsets I tested, this one by far had the BEST sound quality for the sub-200 dollar price range. My only dislike about it is that it feels like it could break easily within a year of moderate use. Another dislike was that it felt kind of loose on my head. I don't think of myself as having a small (nor large) head, but even on the tightest setting it just barely fit almost snug. I feel like it could have been made to accommodate a head slightly smaller than mine and that would have made it fit much better. I guess it's safe to assume this headset is not meant to be used by children or young adults. I myself am in my mid 30's and have normal proportions. So I guess this is built for people with large heads, big hats or lots of hair lol. Great job on the sound quality, and the connectivity. Make the earcups a bit deeper (I tried Wicked Cushions which helped a little bit) and make the adjustments smaller by maybe 20% and it would be perfect. I may try the Nova Pro Wireless in the future if they go on a significant enough sale to make it enticing enough to shell out a couple hundred for a $350 headset. On sale though, the Nova 7X is a great headset, if you care about having the best HiFi Spatial audio experience.

Very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Sound quality is excellent. I truly don’t think you can buy a better headset at this price point. The one downside I’ve found is that when I extend the headset out, it naturally wants to position itself by my eye. It then takes some time to get it positioned lower.

The headset has quite good audio quality. I wouldn't say anything about it stands out in particular about its output, but the battery life has been very good so far, its comfortable to where for several hours and the quality of the microphone is quite good (just remember to extend it).

Mic is mid, seems to pick up background noise even with the reduction turned on. Comfortable to wear, really enjoy the strap. Sound and controls are really clear and easy to use. You will have to factory reset every so often to continuously connect. Bluetooth function attaches to your phone while also paired to your Xbox which is great as well. Overall good, not great.

Awesome headphones! A fairly big fit as far as adjusting to smallest available size still being fairly large. Sound quality amazing and mic is very sensitive. Directional awareness during gameplay is significant.

These are comfortable and the microphone is very good for clarity and not picking up tons of background noise. That said, the bass is pretty bad. Playing games like Forza Horizon 5, I want to hear the bass and sub mid tones for the cars and driving experiences, but it’s pretty underwhelming. Also, they’re pretty quiet, which kind of blows. I’ll just stick to the wired Arctis 3 or 5.

Great headset all around the board. Its very comfortable on your head and ears. Perfect microphone that lights up red when muted, which since purchasing, I haven’t talked while my mic was off. Had to save the battery life for last because I think I’ve only set it to charge 5 times since owning them for about 35 days.

Great sound and battery life! Two slight issues are the fit, small gap below my ears that could be fixed if I play around with sizing more. The other is the volume knobs, a nice feature would be to “lock” volume. The knobs are easily bumped am volume adjusts quickly. Other than those I’m very happy!

I love having both Bluetooth and the connection to the Xbox at the same time. Both connections have worked flawlessly so far at about 30 feet away. I can get audio from one TV or iPad showing the football game while play Forza on the Xbox (for example) or have background music that I pick myself while playing some games. Chat/game mixer is easy to use, volume is easy, mic is clear (at least that’s the feedback I get). The headset is fairly comfortable if not a little warm during long playtimes. I really appreciate the long battery life. I really only use it on the weekends and probably charge once a week if needed. Highly recommend getting the Dolby Access app on Xbox, it makes a huge difference for any headset you buy. Worth the money, even better on sale.

The best gaming headset I have owned, all the different pre settings work extremely good and the software couldn’t be any better. Mic sounds good, comfortable, and the Bluetooth while using 2.4 is simply amazing. The radius if the signal goes through my entire house.

These have been the best gaming headphones I have ever owned. The are very comfortable and stay comfy through long gaming sessions. Battery life is very impressive which was a major plus for me. I am able to go multiple gaming sessions without charging which is great so I don’t have to worry about them dying mid game. The full wireless capabilities is just the cherry on top for a complete gaming headphone
