Very comfortable and sounds really good. The only thing I dont really like is being able to adjust the sound from the headset. I came from Turtlebeach and always played with the superhuman sound. If I wanted to watch a movie all I had to do it hit a button on the headset. Now i just settle on a setting in between both.

This is one of the best headsets I've used. Pro's: Comfort, Sound Quality, Ease Of Use, Quality, You can use with any console, Battery Life, Basically Everything. Con's: Mic could be a bit better, Design is a bit bland. Bottom Line: I can overall highly recommend this headset.

Pretty comfortable set of headphones, nice connectivity options, and sound pretty decent.

The dongle makes this one so easy and quick to hook up to laptops or an xbox- however, I've had problems getting it to work with my android phone. Extremely adjustable and comfortable in nearly every way! The volume controls take a bit to get used to, especially when playing online games. I like to listen to music using Spotify in the background while playing zombies with friends, so it can get a little tricky to level everything just right. The battery life so far is AMAZING, especially for my first wireless headset! My only real issue with it is that sometimes I like to use the mute function for a bathroom break, but when I switch the mute back off, I have to literally reset the whole headset. Boo. :( Overall a great first wireless headset!

Fell in love with them on my Xbox and when I got a PC they blew my mind I had no idea there were so many options sounds great mic is top quality and the battery life is over the top

I love this headset, been using it since I bought it nearly every day. It has great sound, customizability, and is extremely comfortable. The microphone on it has fairly good quality sound, especially for a headset mic, even if I don't use it myself (coming from someone who equalizes and uses condenser mics all the time). My only gripe is of the Steelseries GG software, which has cut out on me and friends before, or refused to startup, along with some other gripes. However, if you can get around a software with slight problems every now and then, this headset is great for gaming and watching videos!

Extremely comfortable headset, with a very clear mic. Ive had them for about a year now and love them still. I havent had any issues with the connectivity, theyre easy to set up and connect quickly the my system. The Bluetooth also works very well!

[Employee of bestbuy] Amazing headset. I love the slavish audio and it works well. Comes with all adapters you need for any hookup (within the compatible consoles of course) and very comfortable.

[Employee of bestbuy] The dual channel feature isn't marketed clearly, but this headset can have two devices connected at the same time via a bluetooth connection and the wireless dongle connection. It's priced very well for audio that can be almost theater like for games like the Mafia Trilogy right out the box on default settings.

Light and sound is awesome. Does not deteriorate. Setup is very easy.

Good headset holds a charge for quite a while can become a little tight in the ears after a while but not entirely uncomfortable great sound and deep bass only thing is the mic seems a little flimsy when you have to retract it from the headset

Headset sounds great. Easy to connect and use. Most of the problems come from the software. I have never once gotten the software to work on pc. Sonar is supposed to manage the audio. But it doesnt. I never get audio when sonar is on. Turn sonar off and audio is fine.

These have been the best gaming headphones I have ever owned. The are very comfortable and stay comfy through long gaming sessions. Battery life is very impressive which was a major plus for me. I am able to go multiple gaming sessions without charging which is great so I don’t have to worry about them dying mid game. The full wireless capabilities is just the cherry on top for a complete gaming headphone

overall it sounds pretty good and it is very comfortable but.. the mic has no nosie cancellation at all for background. Even a small fan they can hear in the background. I also dont like the mic hardware how its just bending and have to find a right spot for it. I dont like when im playing online and i hear sooo much background noise from my friend so why would I even do the same to them.

Im someone who games every day, and also watches movies with me headphones on feom the comfort of my bed since I'm disabled, so getting something comfortable enough to wear all day is a must. The steelseries has always been #1 for this. Amazing sound, and I can hide the mic when I'm not using it. Another cool feature is the connection. It IS by a type C dongle that plugs into a usb port on the system, but this is a win because that same dongle can plug into your smart phone, and you can use the headphones for music, AND phone calls! I'm glad that I have geeksquad protection for these because I have kids who have gotten ahold of my headphones, or I accidentally sit on them, or whatever, and they're covered.

Very easy to connect and use, they also have good sound quality and are comfortable to wear. The battery life is also much better than my last pair of Steel Series.

I can't believe I paid $190 on these but dang... They are really really good! These sound really great. These are really really comfortable after hours of playing the game. I have tried both wired and wireless and it's just great. If they were $150, I would tell everyone to skip those other brands are this the $150 price range and higher fit these. Now since these are $190, I'm going to recommend skipping the other brands and go ahead and invest in these, so you'll have them for years to come... Yet and still. No regrets here! I bought the warranty but do I really need one with the quality of this product? I'm not yet lol sure, but these just feel like they are built to last.

These headphones are by far the best I’ve ever used for gaming. I can connect to my Xbox and my laptop at the same time to talk to my friends and listen to music. The one thing I dislike about these headphones are the design. I’ve had 2 pairs that have broke because the swivel design is very weak. This design is fixed on the Arctic 5x but they cannot connect to multiple devices simultaneously. As long as you do not swing these around they shouldn’t break. Other than the design these are by far the best sounding, comfortable, and functioning headphones I have used.
