This has been my favorite headset to date. I was a little put off by the receiver that has to be plugged into the console but it is a great feature to have for smooth connectivity

Comfortable, Excellent Volume Change, Showstopping

The sound good. Get loud enough. The light on the mic that lets you know you muted yourself is handy. They hold a good charge. The balance knob between game and chat is really nice. The ability to use Bluetooth and the connection to the Xbox is pretty awesome as well.

I love how it feels when i wear it but the PC app and how i disconnect alot or the way the sounds are not good for me, the price should make me feel good all the way around with every aspect of this device, but when I have to switch to a turtle beach headset, just to play with my friends because my three hundred dollar headset.Is it working like it's supposed to be is not good

Great quality and an extensive (though somewhat convoluted) suite of additional features are accessible through their application. Excellent versatility and comfort for longer sessions.

Audio quality is great and are comfortable for the long gaming nights . Highly recommend

Little on the pricey side but well worth it, works on my xbox/pc and phone via bluetooth, mic sound great and especially when paired with the steel series GG program, spend the money and get your self these comfortable headphones.

great audio quality , very comfortable, easy to charge and easy to connect. 8/10 would recommend, only issue is it has no equalizer. other than that love it!

So far so good, I've had this headset for a couple weeks now. So much better than my turtle beach headset and extremely comfortable. Works great for cod and hearing footsteps. Well worth the price.

Ive really enjoyed this headset soo far. Its super comfortable and ive been told my microphone is super clear. I need to go onto the steel series webiste and edit presets . Definitely worth the money

Absolutely love these headphones. Playing call of duty has never been easier when I can hear everything. Not very good at. I can see why these headphones are a must.

I purchased these particular headphones in order to upgrade from my rig 700. Comparison of the two sound quality is almost the same. with the new headset, slightly edging the previous by a narrow margin. The controls for the headset themselves take a little to get used to especially for me coming from the Riggs 700. I do enjoy the Bluetooth functionality of the particular headset so I can game and answer a phone call without skipping a beat. I also enjoy the mute function just a simple press of the button and you also have a red LED that allows you to know you are currently muted. For the price point I believe the headset is pretty good.

this thing has good audio for the price and it works on everything which is nice. the spatial audio is nice as well. mu biggest issue was the controls. i fumbled around looking for the vol wheel, the chat mix wheel and rhe mute button. I also had some popping from interference but it was likely caused by my absurdly powerful router along with all the other devices using wifi and Bluetooth im this 1 room alone. i ended up buying the wired arctis nova pro because the controls are all on the DAC and the sound quality is even better but its also double the price but not double the quality. so i definitely recommend this and make sure its the x version so it works on everything.

Very comfortable and sound quality is amazing. I like that i can connect my phone and xbox to these headset at the same time and either listen to music and the gane at the same time or listen to one or the other.

Great build quality, except for the microphone cord material starting to split after enough use. Sound quality is good as well, but the software on the PC can be improved for smooth use, especially if someone is switching between console and PC regularly.

Everything about the sound quality is great. There are unfortunately a few hiccups where there is interference when watching any media that isn’t a video game. The headset feels a bit small for my head as well. After a session when I take the headset off my ears are a little sore. For these reasons I did take a star away. The retractable mic and button to mute it are very nice compared to my last headset. The game chat to game dial has a nice middle setting where you can feel that it’s back to a balanced setting. An overall solid product if you don’t mind the interference.

Sound quality is amazing, and the battery life is exceptional. Overall a great buy for a multi purpose headset. Purchased for work due to the great noise cancelation and ability to split between USB and Bluetooth.

I bought this to improve my gaming experience, best purchase ever. I can here the gaming audio very well.
