Versatile and customizable

Very good headset

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this headset when my arctis 9x broke and exchanged at BB. 9x was not in stock but this was and taking a chance on it. My son uses it the most. He really like the reduction in weight from the 9x it is about a half pound lighter. I think the biggest detractor for this is if connecting to Xbox you have to use a USB dongle to make the connection where as the 9x does it with no additional items. The dongle is included with the headset.

Overall the headset is very comfortable and has graat battery life.

The SteelSeries hub has a selection of pre sets to fine tune your headset and enjoy. Has the option of pairing 2 devices at once, I paired my my phone via Bluetooth and my PC.

Solid headset

I like that the mic is retractable and that you can use on Xbox and phone Bluetooth simultaneously. Only reason I didn’t 5 star is because I didn’t like the sound when I took them out of the box. I had to download an app on my Mac to change the eq settings. Not a big deal but a slight inconvenience.
