Good overall. Sturdy. Great sound and easy to sync. Only problem I have noticed is every once in an awhile when I have both my phone and Xbox connected the sound from the Xbox will start to distort. Have to disconnect and reconnect and it will go away.

Honestly it’s a decent headset. Sounds about average and pretty much identical to the previous gen Arctis 7x. I felt like the comfort was a little better than the Arctis but not enough imo to upgrade if you already own the Arctis 7x or 9X. I ended up returning them.

My son loves this head set. This is one of the best purchases ive made from best buy. He thanks me for getting the best fir him.

Comfortable, and works with my PS5, Series X & PC.

Sounds good and the mic works fine but I just think my older rigs are much more comfortable. Returning these for rig 900’s

I have a pretty large head and this headset is not made for that. The stretchy band does nothing and the hard plastic part was just digging into my head. I returned the headset the next day. If you have a smaller head than i do I think it’s a good headset.

Great head set for Xbox beats any turtle beach everyday.

Super super comfortable, has everything you’d want

They have a bright sound. Having to fix eq through the computer is annoying when your trying to dial it in. The sidetone is good and bad. You can hear your voice clear, but it's way too sensitive. It picks up too much background noise.

They are ok for first time headphones, for kids or casual if you dont care about quality or apps. Definitely not worth $160, jjst spend the extra cash and get Turtle 700, way better battery life and mic and build quality and materials. Good starter headset for kids, definitely not for regular gamers.

I didn't like this headset at all. I've used a pretty wide variety of wireless Xbox headsets, and this is positioned at the upper end of the market. For me, the sound quality wasn't markedly better than a pair of headphones plugged into the controller. It didn't fit particularly well, though if it had, I do think it would have been comfortable. The decision to connect to the console via USB-C when the console does not have a USB-C port feels emblematic of the headset as a whole. Even setting aside the fitment issues, it would be hard to recommend this headset. For a little bit more, you can get a much better headset, and for a good bit less, you can get something that's at least as good, if not better.

Great earphones . Good bass and stereo is great . Turns games into a pleasurable experience
