They are a beautiful set of headphones. Theyre also pretty loud when they work properly. I wuld have kept these but they every other time they would have some kinda connectivity issue and the sound would be off… And for such an expensive set of headphones, I didnt like having issues right outta the gate. I wanted to love these but I ended up returning em.

They are not that loud and would not let me use voice chat that's why I returned them. They're very comfortable but comfort not that flat price I have a pair of turtle Beaches that are better and louder I want something good so I guess I spend some money and we're not that great

Worked decent for about 4 months. Went to do some gaming on the pc and the headset was completely unresponsive, wouldnt give any audio, and was blinking green. Then it stopped blinking and wouldn't turn back on again.

Switched from Razor Kraken and wouldnt go back or to another

Great headset, but I continually had issues updating the firmware while using a MacBook

Literally the worst headset I have ever owned audio is trash, settings are trash. And currently I have no audio on mic and it won’t even shut off. Tie some string to a can and you’ll be better off that with this absolute waste of money and time.

The microphone on this thing sucks. You literally have to scream into the mic for it to capture your voice. Sending this back.

Lite use is more than these headsets can stand. I purchased 2 and both have died very quickly. Battery issues on both. I would avoid. Known Battery Issue - No Warranty for known issue.

I researched several different headsets and I was hopeful that because they were designed for larger heads so I purchased these. Sadly I had to return them as a glasses wearer it pinched to the point that it caused a massive headache.
