My mic was defected so i had to return it so i got the pro one and i like this one better

Wouldn’t recommend at all The sound is low andthe sound from the headset idea basic compared to other headset

The microphone sounds horrible in Xbox party chat.

I bought these to go with my XBOX series X and love them! I play a lot of FPS games and these are perfect. The sound is so good, I can actually tell what direction players are coming from and hear footseps clearly. This gives me a huge advantage over a lot of other players and the battery lasts a long time for extended gaming time.

Ive had rurtle beaches that were cheaper and better

I was really surprised how good these actually felt and fit! They are replacing a pair of Turtle Beach 420s. Sound is fantastic, duel audio stream is awesome. Worth it!

I cant hear anything. It cuts out. Can’t manage game/voice chat well. Im going back to the beach. Wish i could get my money back i feel bad for the poor soul that buys these from gamestops refurbished.

Super awesome headset. I work remotely so i use this for meetings like 8-10 hours a day. Then I use it for gaming when i get off. I can use it with my phone at the same time which is a huge plus. Great for anyone who uses discord a lot. I can tell this is gonna last for years. Quality feels amazing and sound is out of this world.

Pairs with a seperate app to get detailed on the sound settings, great for call of duty

Great headphones for gaming and listening to music. They sound great and have a lot of functionality. The fact I can play my Xbox and also link to my phone and answer calls is awesome. Only issue I see is setting them up. You need a laptop.

Good sound quality with great surround sound. Comfortable and soft on the head with a clear mic.

Just didn't fit my head. Felt too flimsy. Everything else was fine. Sound quality was good. Was a little annoying how many hoops I had to jump through to adjust audio settings though. Switching from Turtle Beach, I had grown used to the TB Audio Hub. Ended up returning this headset in favor of my TB.

I bought tbis headset for convenience. The 7x works with every device through the usb c dongle. The range on my unit is really good snd has a strong comnection. I love the fact I can connect to my phone via Bluetooth and my game system at the same time. I highly suggest this for the price. PS the comfort is top notch and if you dont like the texture of the ear cups? Steelseries sells faux leather replacement ones on their website.

The headset was a purchase to elevate my standard of audio experience when editing videos and playing games on the PC as well as Xbox. The quality of the sound is great, the user friendly model allows for some quality of life additions like a mixer for game vs chat audio right on the earpiece. With the magic of the tech being valued, pray to whatever you believe in that you never have to use the warranty program. It is not only unwieldy, but it is a GIANT pain for the customer. I had to go through many loops, including destroying my own equipment with video evidence, to even get a proposal of a replacement. This was an issue with the battery not holding a charge and it has made me question if the entire process is even worth it. The warranty return system is only convenient for the manufacturer and is incredibly cumbersome for the consumer. Other than that, the product itself is good, just pray it never falters....

Wasn't for me, but my nephew loves them. Perfect noise cancellation, buttons to adjust volume etc.. on the headset itself, but I think he was more excited about the craft that was included

Crisp sound. Slight learned curve when it comes to adjusting between game sound and voice chat. Picked up a lot of background noise as well. No matter what was selected

I gave it a couple weeks since Christmas. But hearing my son talk about it I think these headphones are pretty awesome. He said they are real clear and loud. And he likes that you can put up the mic if you have to. Definitely a great purchase
