i didn’t think i would like these as much as i do. great sound quality and battery life

got these for work and they are amazing. comfortable and charge lasts 8 hours plus

Got this headset when my arctis 9x broke and exchanged at BB. 9x was not in stock but this was and taking a chance on it. My son uses it the most. He really like the reduction in weight from the 9x it is about a half pound lighter. I think the biggest detractor for this is if connecting to Xbox you have to use a USB dongle to make the connection where as the 9x does it with no additional items. The dongle is included with the headset.

Got these for a upgrade when I am ready to use them they are there.

Very defined sound when gaming. These see very confortable as well. They stay cool when wearing for long sessions.

This has been a great headset with only one small issue. An audio glitch/lag has happened a few times but it seems like resetting the headset has helped this issue. Love the Bluetooth option with these.

really good battery life and clear sound, plus very comfortable

The sound is great, as well as the ergonomic functionality - the retractable mic is awesome. This would be a 5 star rating easily aside from the fact the wireless bluetooth is a pain, so much so that I usual just wire connection to the controller, to avoid the hassle.

One of the best set of head phones ive ever had. The ones ive had in the past everyone could hear what was going on in my house, now they cant hear anything. Things dont echo.

With the clear sound, dual 2.4 ghz and blue tooth capabilities you cant go wrong

Bought this a month and a half or so ago and everything has worked extremely well on Xbox and PC as of now. Comfortable on my head and the customization in the app is there for anyone that likes to play with sound settings and frequencies. It's worth noting that the dongle has an Xbox mode and a PC mode, alternating with a switch, so make sure thats set correctly before troubleshooting elsewhere

Sound quality is decent not the best. Simultaneous Bluetooth is a great feature. One of the most comfortable headsets on the market. Microphone is passable. At the price point there are better headsets and audiophile headphones out there if sound quality is your focus.

Literally best gamming headset iv bought. The sound qulity is Fantastic. They connect right away and also connect to your phone wich is good because you'll never miss a phone call. Also you can listen to music or watch videos seamlessly between your online games. Last is the style and i think they look new not a bunch of plastic. Steal series really has some qulity products.

I came from using Turtleheaches, which boy what was i doing with my life. These are wayyy better, build better sound better mic better in honestly every aspect just better. Dont pass on these bad boys.

This works for PS5 too. Sounds great. I really like that I can take calls while I play games.battery life is phenomenal.
