You cannot adjust the mic sensitivity. I downloaded the app and Mac software and never could get it to work correctly.

Like the microphone, I can pull it out when needed. Sound good. Using for gaming, no problem till now. Also like the fact it has dual mode,,,it can be connected to phone for calls at same time of gaming. Nice controlling buttons. Cons: when I talk it feels like echoing my voice. Also sound can get outside from the headphone if its loud enough. U can not charge with other c type charger because the port is in a small hole.
