My husband absolutely loves them. Comfortable, and noise canceling so he can play games at night and nit wake us up.

Plugged in and works with no hassles. Enjoy the volume option on the headset, battery life is great, no downside that I can think of

Love the wireless functionality of the headset, once you get used to adjusting the proper volumes for gameplay / Xbox party chat, it’s wonderful.

Great audio and mic quality. I love the expandable mic feature, especially when i want to eat a snack without taking off my headset.

Using on Xbox Series X, works great without issue. Plug and play, up and running in minutes. Hook it up to the PC for more customization, but works fine out of the box.

I'm allergic to the products used to make the earphones, to the point it cause my skin to bleed and blister. Overall, I was excited to use these, but since I'm allergic to them, I had to stop. I found others who have had the same issue. This is what I get for trying a new brand. I'll probably never buy another Steel Series product.

Sound is okay but...buyer beware. Got them connected to an XBox Series X and they audio was soooooo low, even with the volume all the way up. Found out they come with an audio limiter on them. In order to remove that, you have download their software. I'm a Mac user so added the Mac version and could not get the software to recognize the headphones (through BT or plugged in through USB). Did all the usual steps (firewall, etc...) and no go. Youtube seems to state they cater to more Windows and their software and support for Mac is behind. Okay, so drug out the old boat anchor Dell and same process with the same result. Could not get their software to see the headphones through BT or USB. Spending way too much time to remove a limiter. Going to return these and stay away from this brand. I should not need software for such a simple task. More adv functions I get, but not this.

This headset has good sound and the microphone works great.

Definitely not worth the price. They work ok but between these and the turtle beaches at the same price, TB wins every category. Honestly sounds like a of $40 dollar headset to me

I was playing music inside the mic, not too loud and when i was in a party talking even on noise suppression you can hear muffled music and shi&&y background noise thats not there. Would not recommend if you like to play games while listening to music
