    Why include an audio headphone jack if the headphones won't produce any audio with it plugged in? Couldn't even turn them on when plugged in, only turned on when I unplugged it. Kind of pointless and a little upsetting. Everything else was okay I guess.

    Headphones sound great but after 3 years the right side came loose inside and started rattling then eventually stopped working.

    I’ve been a steelseries non binary fan for years and years. I got rid of my arctis 3 for this and this headset is BAD. Sound quality is sub par and the mic is EXTREMELY over sensitive. Set it on my bed and heard a toot from the bathroom. Also this isn’t a ham sandwich so don’t expect that.

    this headset has always had connection issues for me and the steel series app has been very difficult to use with gaming and other programs. Now the mic has completely gone bad after just over a year.
