Great Quality Headphones

Is really great for noise canceling and a clean smooth quality of sound.

Solid headset

I like that the mic is retractable and that you can use on Xbox and phone Bluetooth simultaneously. Only reason I didn’t 5 star is because I didn’t like the sound when I took them out of the box. I had to download an app on my Mac to change the eq settings. Not a big deal but a slight inconvenience.

Very comfortable headset

Comfortable on my head and the customization in the app is there for anyone that likes to play with sound settings and frequencies. It's worth noting that the dongle has an Xbox mode and a PC mode, alternating with a switch, so make sure thats set correctly before troubleshooting elsewhere

Overall the headset is very comfortable and has graat battery life.

The SteelSeries hub has a selection of pre sets to fine tune your headset and enjoy. Has the option of pairing 2 devices at once, I paired my my phone via Bluetooth and my PC.
