Having to fix eq through the computer is annoying when your trying to dial it in. The sidetone is good and bad. You can hear your voice clear, but it's way too sensitive. It picks up too much background noise.

Great all around headset

You really can’t beat the utility of being able to listen to your games and your phone at the same time. It sounds kinda cheesy but it’s exactly what I wanted and I didn’t know it. Very comfy mic sounds good.

Store Refused Eligible Return

I spoke with two separate online customer service reps who both stated it was within the return window and to even go back into the store with my case number. After wasting time on the last eligible day for the return my only option was to ship it which I was unable to do on short notice.
