Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Arctis Nova 7X Wireless Gaming Headset's sound quality, comfort, and battery life, with many praising its lightweight design and compatibility with multiple devices. However, some customers expressed concerns about the headset's price point and noted that the bass could be improved, while others mentioned occasional connection issues. The fit was generally well-received, though some found the maximum volume insufficient. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs the negative comments regarding price and minor technical issues.

I researched several different headsets and I was hopeful that because they were designed for larger heads so I purchased these. Sadly I had to return them as a glasses wearer it pinched to the point that it caused a massive headache.

Would rate it better if it costs like $60 but for its price, it sucks. Earcups are way too small. Microphone hard to pull out and push back in. Feels super cheap

After having the same mic for 8+ years I thought I give these a try because a friend recommended them to me. They weren’t terrible but they weren’t great either. If you’re looking to constantly switch wires from console to pc then this is for you. I’m not one for mics that have the buttons on the actual headset so that was a miss for me. Lastly the aux cable they give you really needs force to insert it into the mic which makes you feel like you’re going to break it. Overall just an ehh mic. I returned it and just bought the old one I had.

Had all kinds of trouble after a week or so, usb defective or something so it wouldn't connect to my xbox without a sometimes hour long process of turning the headset off, unplugging the usb and restarting the xbox.

Hooked it up. Paired easy. Sound is all muddled and pixilated. Tried repairing. Tried switching usb ports. Tried full charge and same results. Getting returned. This is my second steelseries headset inhave purchased in the last 2 weeks, there will not be a third. The professional reviews were excellent for this product, but i do not see how.

Doesn’t work without a firmware update that you can’t get! The GG software that is mandatory to update the firmware does not work for Mac M1 nor does it work on Intel i7 Mac. In addition it does not work on Windows 10 or 11. Owned it for one day before I returned it and told them it’s defective.
