Its ok but out of the other headsets I’ve owned it’s probably the worst

The microphone echoes so your friends hear themselves. It says theyre noise canceling but they aren’t

I bought these based off YouTube reviews. Since i broke my old turtle beach 700 gen 2 headset. I thought I'd find something better....and nope...Turtle Beach 600 or 700 Gen 2s are wayyyy better

Mic is terrible quality and 2 days after purchase it started picking up phantom noise every 5 seconds causing the open mic function on games to be useless.

At first they worked fir about a month and then all of a sudden they just cut off and never came back on

Cannot get mic to work with XBox One X. At this price point these things should just work and not require hours of troubleshooting. Other headsets work with Xbox fine.

Would give it a no star review. Doesn’t charge. Needs to be plugged in to work. Need to send it off for service. Worked for two days

Garbage, can't tilt your head forward or back cause they fall off. Returned and went with lucid sounds at a lower price. Way better

Very comfortable. Can hear everything very well. Could not update using my imac, would not show up. Spent 40, on usb c to usb adapters and tried everything. Updated using my old hp which connected them immediately, thankfully i still had it. So far they work great, only way to remove the echo is through the firmware update and steel series app. My friends keep saying im too loud, ive tried multiple different settings ajusting volume on everything but nothing is working.. says it sounds like i got a 4d headset lol..other than that i totally recommend. Wish there wasnt so many chords to hook up but can use for xbox and pc, maybe ps5 havent tried that but it could work. Could be better by letting us adjust our mic volume.

Lacked the sound quality i was looking for. Turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 blows this headset out of the water. Wouldnt recommend

My mic was defected so i had to return it so i got the pro one and i like this one better

I bought these to go with my XBOX series X and love them! I play a lot of FPS games and these are perfect. The sound is so good, I can actually tell what direction players are coming from and hear footseps clearly. This gives me a huge advantage over a lot of other players and the battery lasts a long time for extended gaming time.

I was really surprised how good these actually felt and fit! They are replacing a pair of Turtle Beach 420s. Sound is fantastic, duel audio stream is awesome. Worth it!

Ive had rurtle beaches that were cheaper and better

I cant hear anything. It cuts out. Can’t manage game/voice chat well. Im going back to the beach. Wish i could get my money back i feel bad for the poor soul that buys these from gamestops refurbished.
