Amazing headset. I love the slavish audio and it works well. Comes with all adapters you need for any hookup (within the compatible consoles of course) and very comfortable.

The sound good. Get loud enough. The light on the mic that lets you know you muted yourself is handy. They hold a good charge. The balance knob between game and chat is really nice. The ability to use Bluetooth and the connection to the Xbox is pretty awesome as well.

These headphones are by far the best I’ve ever used for gaming. I can connect to my Xbox and my laptop at the same time to talk to my friends and listen to music. The one thing I dislike about these headphones are the design. I’ve had 2 pairs that have broke because the swivel design is very weak. This design is fixed on the Arctic 5x but they cannot connect to multiple devices simultaneously. As long as you do not swing these around they shouldn’t break. Other than the design these are by far the best sounding, comfortable, and functioning headphones I have used.

Very easy to connect and use, they also have good sound quality and are comfortable to wear. The battery life is also much better than my last pair of Steel Series.

I purchased these particular headphones in order to upgrade from my rig 700. Comparison of the two sound quality is almost the same. with the new headset, slightly edging the previous by a narrow margin. The controls for the headset themselves take a little to get used to especially for me coming from the Riggs 700. I do enjoy the Bluetooth functionality of the particular headset so I can game and answer a phone call without skipping a beat. I also enjoy the mute function just a simple press of the button and you also have a red LED that allows you to know you are currently muted. For the price point I believe the headset is pretty good.

Im someone who games every day, and also watches movies with me headphones on feom the comfort of my bed since I'm disabled, so getting something comfortable enough to wear all day is a must. The steelseries has always been #1 for this. Amazing sound, and I can hide the mic when I'm not using it. Another cool feature is the connection. It IS by a type C dongle that plugs into a usb port on the system, but this is a win because that same dongle can plug into your smart phone, and you can use the headphones for music, AND phone calls! I'm glad that I have geeksquad protection for these because I have kids who have gotten ahold of my headphones, or I accidentally sit on them, or whatever, and they're covered.

I can't believe I paid $190 on these but dang... They are really really good! These sound really great. These are really really comfortable after hours of playing the game. I have tried both wired and wireless and it's just great. If they were $150, I would tell everyone to skip those other brands are this the $150 price range and higher fit these. Now since these are $190, I'm going to recommend skipping the other brands and go ahead and invest in these, so you'll have them for years to come... Yet and still. No regrets here! I bought the warranty but do I really need one with the quality of this product? I'm not yet lol sure, but these just feel like they are built to last.

I had a turtle beach for 2 years before purchasing this headset, and have had no issues from purchase. Friends praise for better mic quality, and connectivity is much faster. Bought it while it was on sale,

Great sound, comfort and battery life is insane! My only critique is that the Bluetooth function doesn’t automatically connect when you turn on the headset like the Arctis 9x. 9.9/10 in my book

I recently purchased this wireless headset, and I must say it's nothing short of amazing! The freedom of movement it offers without compromising on audio quality is impressive. Whether I'm gaming, listening to music, or taking calls, the headset delivers crystal-clear sound with excellent clarity. The wireless feature is a game-changer, allowing me to move around without any tangled cords. The headset's comfort is also worth mentioning, as it fits snugly and doesn't cause any discomfort even during extended use. Overall, I highly recommend this wireless headset for anyone seeking an exceptional audio experience coupled with the convenience of wireless connectivity.

WOW! it was these or some turtle beaches and boy am i glad i got these. Sounds are amazing. I use on all three consoles (Xbox Series S, PS5, and Nintendo Switch OLED) and they sound great on all of them. On my xbox i only play COD and footsteps are incredible. PS5 i play just solo and open world games and the same on the switch. You have to move the bluetooth usb to each console but that doesnt bother me one bit! Get these, you will not regret it. As for comfort? i dont think i have ever worn another pair that has been this comforable to wear before.

I previously owned the Arctis 9x and I thought I loved it. Once I put this headset on the 9x was no longer in my thought. This headset is nothing but amazing. The quality and comfort is so rewarding that you don’t want to take them off. Have already convinced 3 of my friends to switch over to this headset.

I like that you can connect Bluetooth and Xbox separately and can adjust the mix between the two. Not as much or a fan of the fit of the headphones on my head. Feels like it tends to slide off or applies too much pressure around my ears. I have aftermarket ear cushions from wicked cushions. They are thicker than the original cushions so this could be the reason why there is too much pressure but overall they're more comfortable than the original cushions. Still looking for the perfect headset for my head but these are functional.
