I have the previous generation and this new version is improved: better sound, better noise cancellation, more comfortable. Highly recommended. The only downside is the price.

You can tell it's built well when theres actual metal parts, like a tank. Feels good, sounds amazing with Sonar enabled. Only drawback, if you have a big head like me. It will be a bit too snug after a few hours of use, i have to take breaks after that long anyways. Easy to adjust headsets and there's custom ear cushions for this and the Pro headset that are cooler to ears. Steelseries engine is NOT hard to use.. easy to use after you read tutorials and lots of documentation out there.

Super expensive for a gaming headset which is what I primarily use this for with the occasional call on phone while gaming.
This is the best headset though for a variety of reasons.
Sound quality: Excellent. 2nd only to the Audeze Maxwell.
Battery: It completely removes battery life on a wireless headset and charging. I never have to even think about battery life because there's always a fresh battery pack ready to go.
Wireless connection: Good range, I generally use this at a gaming PC and have zero cut outs. I have had several other wireless headsets and they cut out occasionally and this headset does not. I can also walk away to my kitchen about 20 feet away or so and it maintains connection.
Mic: For a wireless headset it's 5 star. Wireless headsets are never perfect but this is probably the best functional mic - I'm clear and no one has issues hearing me - good enough for a BF6 Discord clan chat. I also like that it's connected - no more having to plug a Mic in when I need it which is super nice.
Noise cancellation: It's not as good as Apple, Sony, or Bose as I have used them all at various times in my life but it's definitely perfect for gaming. WIth the sounds of the game, the earpads, and the ANC, I'm very immersed in the game.
This is my endgame headset. Outside of just changing out earpads over time due to wear, and buying new battery packs (which are dirt cheap) when they age, I think this headset will last many, MANY years.
If you want to save some bucks, check out the Nova Pro Wireless. This headset takes the Nova Pro and improves it slightly in every area, including comfort, mic, sound, connectivity.

Great headset, premium build and very comfortable. Big improvement over Arctis nova pro . Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Ok the the #1 reason you buy these is for the sound. This is one of the few gaming headsets that truly start to compete with audiophile gear while offering a decent microphone. I say decent because it is still lacking. Voice quality is by far the best out of the steelseries headsets however the microphone really struggles with gain still. Its just too quiet. Everyone will comment that they have to “turn you up” if you switch from another brand or setup. Its ver apparent if you fire up a db meter and switch between the steelseries mic and other wireless boom mic options. For instance the HyperX Cloud III wireless has a louder mic but the quality is bery compressed sounding compared to the steelseries. The build quality feels great ok the headset, however for $600 i was disappointed that the wirless dac / receiver felt cheaper to the touch than the one with the Arctis Nova Pro’s. It would have been nice to see metal used on the receiver as well at this price point. The next big highlight, and a big reason this series is so popular, is the swappable battery. Works just as good as prior generations/iterations and is fantastic. I wish more brands would adopt this method for powering their wireless headsets. Would I recommend this headset? It checks a lot of boxes and sounds pretty fantastic with a flat eq out if the box. But boy is it pricey. You can get a great wired setup with a better microphone if you want to get more complex with your setup. But if you just want to plug and play and have the freedom of wireless, bluetooth, multiplatform support etc then these are probably among the best you can find - you just really have to pay to play.

I recently upgraded to the Elite headset, replacing my Nova Wireless Pro, which was already an excellent device. The Elite immediately stood out with its superior audio quality, impressive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), and outstanding microphone performance. These enhancements put it in a league of its own for both music and calls.
However, I can’t give it a full 5-star rating because the iPhone companion app is still not compatible, even though it was advertised as a key feature. This was one of the main reasons I decided to make the switch, so it’s disappointing that it hasn’t been addressed yet.
Overall, the Elite is a fantastic headset with incredible performance, but I hope the app support gets resolved soon.

The ultimate high end premium gaming headset! Exquisite gaming trait set greatly updated from the fan favorite nova pro wireless now modernized with a touch of carbon fiber drivers manufactured inside the speakers. Already loved the previous nova pro wireless the nova elite further expands the steelseries brand into hi res audio fidelity territory. Works for every platform imaginable; PC , Mac, PlayStation, Xbox , Switch 1 &2 you name it. Not gonna lie paying $600 for headphones especially a gaming headset is over the edge I would have preferred $400 -500 to spend but they are other products that cost way more and imo don't justify their asking MSRP. Not necessarily saying you have to buy these to get the $600 experience but if there is a product that doesn't have a lot of misses and does everything else right I would definitely pick these (only if you have the budget to)

These are pretty much the best head phones I e ever used. Noise cancellation is amazing, and the sound quality is by far the best in any head set I’ve ever use. It was definitely a pricy purchase but if you have the money, these are definitely as good as it gets.

I had the Arctis nova pro wireless and saw that they were releasing these elite. I knew I had to try them and they have not disappointed, the build quality is amazing and the audio quality is superb. I understand that price point is high but this is easily one of the best headsets on the market for gaming and it’s not even close. SteelSeries continues to be at the forefront with their tech.

Arctis Elite is by far the most superior headset on the market. I have tried all the major headsets. This blows all out of the water. I believe the only downside is comfort. I feel the ear pieces press too hard on the head, making it slightly uncomfortable. This may have been user error, but either way mild discomfort is a small price to pay for the best Audio, a mic quality, and reliability of any competitors. My favorite headset was Astro A50X until now. The Arctis Elite blows it out of the water with everything but comfort.

Since switching from the Pro to the Elite, I’ve really appreciated how the Elite feels like a “next-level” version of the same trusted Arctis design. The build quality feels more premium, heavier, yes, but sturdier and more refined. The audio is richer and more detailed the bass hits with more weight, mids and highs feel crisp, and there’s a pleasing warmth and clarity that brings games to life more vividly. Comfort remains very high thanks to the familiar “ski-goggle” suspension headband and soft earcups, so even long sessions stay easy on the head.
In short: if you loved the Pro for its comfort and solid performance, the Elite is like getting those strengths amplified — better fidelity, more premium feel, and a noticeable step up in immersion.

Ok guys this is a game changer. These are the absolute best gaming headphones ever. You can change all the setting while you play with your phone. Yes your phone. You won’t need to connect your fav to download new easy or get up from the comfort of your seat to go to your fav and adjust your mic etc. Then the sound. Wow these headset is miles away from the Pros and the pros were my all time favorite headset. Got them from day 1 and never felt the need to buy another brand to test them to see if they were better. If you have the funds I highly recommend you to get these headset. You won’t be disappointed.

These are super premium. Excellent cushions sometimes have fun can be too tired of my head, but I think the cushion on the ear pads offset that. One of the main drawers was so that I could listen to two things at once the screen gives easy control where I can adjust between my computer and my gaming system. Excellent product!
