Amazing headset, i had a weird pc prob where wireless didnt work and even wired headphones would bug out, but somehow this headset and the ldac that comes with it fixed it.

I don’t know anything about headsets, I bought it for my husband as an early valentines gift & he loves it & says it’s good so there’s that.

I use this headset on both ps4 and pc and it works great. Obviously more customizable on the pc but i like the versatility of being able to swap between pc and console with 1 headset.

This has been the longest I’ve held onto a headset. Great product.

Headset sounds great on but it claims its for pc and ps which is not completely true its basically one of the best sounding headsets on pc that actually works with the game dac . Bjt when you use it on ps5 like it’s advertised to work on it doesn’t it has no features accessible its basically just a headset with a big volume wheel . None of the headset features work on console.

These were purchased for my grandson. His old headset broke and needed new headset. These are so much better than the old ones. Thank you

The headset itself was fine with good audio and software, but it was too small for my head and caused noticeable discomfort after extended use.

good fit i have a large head so that matters the strap is supportive and not heavy at all the cord could be longer but you can remedy that with a newer better one.

Honestly expected a bit more for the price. I’ll be sticking to my Astros a50 until they completely break.

Okay product but volume got terrible after it got turned up. Wouldn’t recommend over astros for the same price

Lightweight and comfortable. but after 3 months the audio and mic began to cut in and out horribly in all games/applications ive moved to a different wireless headset and have had no issues save yourself $300 and get a different headset

Bought this headset from the fargo location, The employees made sure I knew what i was buying, and was getting the best product for this price

I am disappointed. I had a Series 7+ for 6 years until it was just falling apart. I loved it. I have to plug this one in to a work computer that I cannot add the software to and it often has an echo affect. I have played with the dac to no avail. I wish they still had the on ear controls.

The only reason why these are such low rated is because I didn’t understand how to quote use them, and they didn’t fit my ears/head…they are a smaller headset that don’t seem to adjust to size of head.

Amazing gaming headset! I love steel series headsets and these new one do not disappoint. Just wish the ear cups were a little bigger.

bad mic quality but good sound eq customizable on any platform

This headphone is easy to use but the wire is a little too complex and they should go with the traditional cloth ear pads for better cushion and durability
