Good enough
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not what I'm used to when looking for good audio; but good enough for those too lazy to set up something nice. Although I like it enough to keep it, the audio(in and out) do not justify the cost

Very bad. Returned within a week
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is one big piece of garbage. So first off, the main appeal of this headset for me was the ability to switch between PC and PS5 with just the push of a button. That works. Chat mix doesn't work on the PS5, I don't think it's meant to. The headset feels too tight on my large head, the sound quality is not good, and the ear cushions make your ears heat up/sweat. Out of the box these sound very flat so you're stuck using Sonar to improve your listening experience. The Sonar software is really convoluted and creates like six different audio outputs for the PC... music, gaming, voice chat, and 2-3 others. I also feel like the software makes you lose a few FPS. My number one complaint however is that multiple times in MW3/Warzone my friends kept complaining that they could hear themselves echoing through my microphone. I tried many things to try to fix this but to no avail. Why should I have to lower voice chat audio to 40, lower my mic volume and use the pop filter etc. and still experience echo when there are other headsets that work perfectly out of the box? I exchanged these for wired Astro A40 with MixAmp and chat mix works great on both PC and PS5. They're also cheaper, more comfortable, they don't echo, and they sound better. This is sad because I actually love my Steelseries Apex Pro keyboard but this headset makes me think less of the company as a whole.

It’s a no go.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could give these 0 stars I would. Maybe the wireless ones are better. I had major issues with the gamedac and had to return it. You would have to constantly restart it or an awful really loud blast of static would come through at random. When it was working correctly, they were really nice. Just not worth it to fight to get them to work for how much they cost.

||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big time buyers remorse with this. Sonar disconnects all the time, the headset is heavy, the extra cable is more inconvenient than I expected.

Avoid
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After two days the audio stopped working along with the dac, sucks because the actual build quality is great and they were super comfortable.

Mixed
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sounds terrible overall for anything but gaming. Its performance in gaming though is fantastic and makes you a lot more aware. The mixer is great for turning down chats/music during major moments in games

Returned Same Day. Not Worth $200 USD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DAC was neat, but the sound quality was not great. Mic wouldn't work. Dual ended 3.5mm jack to plug the headset into the DAC went too far into the DAC and had to be fiddled with in order to get the audio to come out to the drivers in the headset correctly, but the microphone wouldn't pick up on voice; it only output desktop audio to those that were supposed to hear my voice definitely wouldn't recommend. returned same day.

||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't waste your money. This headset is over priced and they keep changing settings. I wasted $250 !!!! And best buy didn't bother telling me it was a 15 day return policy so i am stuck with a useless headset

Good, but a few complaints
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great Audio Quality overall, but using Sonar causes problems. Enabling Sonar behaves as it is an entirely separate output device, making it even more annoying to switch devices. Only other complaint is that the overall build strength isn't great, the headband only attaches to the ear-cups at 1 small point on either side.
