However the docking station will not charge the batteries. I tried to resolve the issue but have since ordered a separate charger for the NP-45 batteries. Pretty crappy when you buy a top tier headset and it can’t even charge itself.

I installed an "update" and the completely stopped all functions of my headset. Customer service has acknowledged that the update is what has caused the issue and they will do nothing to fix it.
