Best gaming headset
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset battery life is amazing, I use it with my standing mic on my desk and when not using the microphone on the headset the battery last for days. it super comfortable and super convenient to switch out the batter when it gets low due to being able to have an extra battery charging on the dock so you never really run out of battery.

If you are on the fence …. BUY!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son wanted this headset for one of his 16th bday gifts. One of the many amazing features about this headset is the sound quality, the fact that you can be playing a game on your PC , and still answer calls on your phone while playing the game and wearing the headset. The wireless feature can’t be beat either. Oh there are so many wonderful things this particular headset does . According to my son , the PC to XBOX headset can also be used on PlayStation . It’s a win all the way around the board. Highly recommended for you true gamers out there .

Good headset when setup correctly
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Arctis Nova Pro for Xbox after watching Youtube reviews stating it was the best one. What I like about this headset is the quality of its build and the clarity of the audio. It pairs to my XBOX series X as soon as it is plugged in and powered on. No settings need to be adjusted on your xbox. It comes with 2 batteries so you never run out of charge as you always have one charging inside the base station. I also like that you can listen to a bluetooth device while playing your game so I can be on a phone call or enjoying my music from my cell phone at the same time. I have used this for work as well due to its compatibility with PC. I've been able to listen to music while participating in zoom meetings. What I did not like was the learning curve to get the best out of it's feature. The documentation included with the headset is not clear on how each button works so I had to research online. For example, it took me a while to get it to turn off completely. Not only do you have to long press the power button but you also have to long press the bluetooth button to turn everything off otherwise the bluetooth will stay on and drain the battery. Short pressing the bluetooth button will pause your media. You have to control the volume from the bluetooth device as the headset volume control only adjusts what's connected to the base station. Also you need to hold down the bluetooth button for at least 6 seconds in order for it to go into pairing mode so you can switch to another device. You will also want to download the sonar software from Steel Series so you can modify the microphone settings so your voice sounds less nasal to others. Wait for it to go on sale so you don't have to pay $300+ for it as well.

Great upgrade over previous headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best of the best headphones I've ever owned. Having owned multiple headsets over the years, the comfort and sound quality of these is unmatched. The swappable battery is also a huge plus for longer sessions.

Best wireless headset on the market!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are on the market for gaming headphones look no more. These are the best wireless gaming headphones on the market period. I’m a headphone freak. Have like 10 different headphones for gaming. Turtle Beach, JBL, Logitech, Xbox, etc and these are my absolute favorites. I can hear everything and they do a good job on COD. I can locate effortlessly enemy players with clear sound and heavy bass. If you are using on XBOX I highly recommend downloading Sonar on your PC. Update the firmware, download different audio files and setups to your mixer and enjoy. Another thing that I love about these headphones is the customization. You can buy different color head band, pads and plates to give your headset a different look. The only thing I don’t like about this headphones are the ear pads, they are not comfy at all but Wicked Cushions sell amazing ones. Again don’t look elsewhere buy this headset now!

Features vastly outweigh the negatives
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this headset for a little less than a month and will update this review with any new updates. This headset is awesome. It gets more than loud enough, i rarely have a bad connection and the sound quality is pretty darn good! I have a PS5, Xbox, and PC and I can use this headset on all 3 with like little to no setup. It also looks great and not super aggressive or screams gamer. Can’t speak too much about durability since I haven’t had it for too long, but the build quality is solid. The mic is retractable and it sits fully flush when retracted. When the mic is retracted, you wouldn’t even know this was a gamer headset unless you knew the brand. The mic also has a light that lets you know when you’re muted. The headset has transparency and noise isolation modes that both work pretty well. Not as good as AirPods even or other actual noise canceling headphones but they get the job done. Honestly with as loud as this headset gets you won’t have a problem drowning out the outside world. Having a battery always charged and being able to replace in like 10 seconds is so clutch. It’s why I picked this headset up and honestly it’s as great as you think it is. You never have to worry about a low battery or having to have a cable connected to your headset ever again. It’s awesome. Only gripes I have, the software on PC is confusing and it took me a while to figure out everything and getting my friends to be able to hear me. The leatherette ear pads are pretty soft and comfy, but they can get hot and make your ears sweat after a couple hours. Nothing uncomfortable in my case but it is noticeable. Also, there’s a noise isolation mic inside the earcups that kind of stick out into your ears, and if you have small ears it really shouldn’t be a problem. I have somewhat big ears and I don’t feel it right away but again after a couple hours I can feel it digging into my ear a little. Again nothing super uncomfortable but definitely more noticeable. I read about this in other reviews before I bought it, but honestly just buy some aftermarket earcups that are big enough to create space so the bump doesn’t dig into your ear. I am very happy with the audio quality and can position sounds very well in game, but I kind of was hoping to get “blown away” since I was paying 350 bucks. Don’t get me wrong, the sound quality is very good and better than almost any other gaming headset I’ve owned but at this price point I was just expecting to get blown away by the sound quality, even if it is the best I’ve heard. So small complaints really. All the features that this headset has really make this a must buy in my opinion, no headset is perfect but this one is as close as can be. I looked at a lot of other headset but they all compromise somewhere too much while this one doesn’t compromise at all. Definitely worth it at 350 but this is a DEFINITE buy if it’s on sale.

ARCTIS NOVA ELITE 9/10
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very well made headset in my opinion. Just started making audio and overall comfort a big part of my gaming. Despite the hefty price tag(would like to see a $100-200 drop) these are a great option if you have the budget easily top 3 in sound quality, you have parametric eq on PC, custom 10-band eq via the gameDAC, and Arctic Companion app for console with over 300 eqs for games and music. If you have PC you can install the PC software make your parametric eq then save it to the companion app for console as well. Then comfort to me is above average the pleather can get really hot during longer gaming sessions however despite that they are really nice. I would look into buying different cushions however that can change sound performance. Also the headband is probably one of if not the best in the industry it’s amazing. I just find the clamp force a little strong but with some adjustment and small breaks it’s very manageable. Biggest bonus is it’s an all-in-one headset, so you can use it on every device PS5, Xbox, Switch, PC all of it PLUS simultaneously listen to music and take calls through bluetooth.

Worth every Penny
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great, the fact that it has a removable battery and extra battery that charges right on the module is a must, I can never go back. There is no interference through the wireless audio and has excellent sound, comfort, and useful features. the noise cancellation can be turned on or off, can be used with other systems not just xbox, and has bluetooth active at the same time. Overall, would recommend it for the money.

A pretty good headset.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: -lightweight -the battery in one charge lasts a decent while -comfortable Cons: -Ear cups are too thin and you can feel the nub that does the NCA function against your ear. Recommended to change the earcups for some that are both plush and comfortable. -it is a decent chunk of change, but if you have the extra lying around, then it's a good purchase.

Perfect with the right settings
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset sounds great, but truly shines when you mess around with the sound settings on the steel series app. The mic sucks compared to other headsets. The replaceable batteries, excellent software, comfort and sound makenup for that though. Grab them when they are on sale for a better value. Switching between xbox and pc is super easy once you know how it works.

Great buy so far
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This gaming headsets are a most on your set up for pc or Xbox, great sound cancelation, also really good sound quality, love the option for a removable battery perfect for those long gaming sessions. Now not everything is nice on this product starting with the price tag a bit on in the expensive side but still almost worth if you able to grab this on a discount get them, also the headset it self is a bit small I had to remove the headband in order to confortably use them. Over all a great gaming headset.

Steel series close to perfection
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am going to be honest and helpful as much as I can be, as I make this review. I have come across a lot of negative reviews about this headset. So hopefully this review will help ease your mind, when purchasing this 349.99 headset cause it is an expensive investment. For starters you definitely get what you paid for when you pay this hefty price tag. The word “premium” is definitely and understatement when you buy this headset, cause the packaging is the best and even unboxing makes you feel like you bought a true premium headset. Secondly I would highly recommend you update these if you have access to a PC, but from my understanding they will still work without the software update. I see a lot of people complaining about sound not loud enough or cracking the volume to the max… there is a suggestion for that, tune into your EQ settings and learn the highs, mids and lows. Another thing that helps is using Dolby Atoms. Dolby Atmos makes such a big difference when you custom your settings to your likings, and I can assure you that you will not be complaining about not sounding loud enough. I played battlefield hardline, max Payne 3, battlefield 4 and Halo infinite. These headsets truly are remarkable on what they are capable of. I have not experienced one single crackling sound, or audio popping or connectivity issues. I had the Razer kaira Pro, and those headsets were constantly dropping connection, making my Xbox controller disconnect… I couldn’t seem to understand why it was dong this? But I fiddled with some settings and it seemed like charging the output to 60hz fixed rhe connectivity issues. But still was causing crackling and sound distortion. So I decided to finally just buy the Steel series Nova Pro, hoping this would fix my issue that I was having with the Razer pro, and I can happily say it has. I can play at the full 120hz without worrying to reset console or restart it constantly. Overall I would 100% recommend these headers to anyone. I am a huge audiophile when it comes to sound quality in headphones. These will not disappoint you at all. The sound is so crisp and clear and bass is very punchy. The bass doesn’t sound distorted when playing at high volumes. Which is one thing I noticed with other headsets when you compare to this premium product. So if you are hesitating on buying this headset.. DON’T. Cause if you tune your settings right and pay for the Dolby Atmos license, you will not even wanna stop playing once you experience the immersion the headset can deliver. If you want the best of the best, then this is the product for you.

Perfection
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Xbox review - Compared to the hyper X cloud wireless, turtle beach stealth 700 wireless and the 600, this headset is an absolute beast. The comfort is off the charts. That was the main issue I had with previous headsets. And it’s a deal breaker, and should be if you’re a marathon gamer. The sound is incredible. The mic clear with no static. I do like being able to retract the mic. And I love the red led light on the mic when it’s muted. Ear cups are super comfy. Headband is so comfy it’s barely noticeable. Metal detachable caps on the headphones and a metal headband cover make a very durable headset. I am impressed. They are a bit pricy, but worth the money.

Great wireless headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a comfortable headset for both work and gaming. I was using a wired Arctis Pro which was great. But I really wanted to get rid of the cable. This headset has been great. I wear Nova pro all day with no issues. The battery life has been good. I can get two solid days without switching batteries. I was concerned with the microphone and what it would sound like to the people I speak with. Configuring with headset with the Sonar configuration makes the headset sound great. These are on the pricy side, but with all the features, they are worth the price

No rival
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stand head and shoulders above the competition. Nothin i know of works for multiple consoles. Battery life is amazing and aince you can change the batteries out you never have to worry about plugging your headset in! Side tone controls are amazing and doesn’t require hooking into a computer program to edit it. Depth of sound is great and you can fine tune it. The only downside is that it isnt as cool (temperature) as its predecessors like the arctis 9x

Impressive all around
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome sound! When playing fps games you can actually sense where they are around you. The ability to swap from Xbox to PS5 is perfect. No knobs or buttons to use. Just turn on which ever console you are using, and it automatically hooks up. The main module has a battery charging slot built into it. So you’ll always have a charged battery. The comfort is nice also, so wearing glasses with it works. There is little to no noise bleed from the outside environment while wearing them. It’s the best headset I’ve had so far.
