Overall build of the headphones are amazing, but the software driving them? Omg, what an absolute headache... Its the worst. First it requires a login so they mine your data, second it screws with your settings constantly. Its supposed to make it easier, but it doesn't. Want to seperate voice from game? Sure. But you have to click the LITTLE button on the corner to allow it. If not, it won't let you. Want to use the speakers on your computer, good luck! Even though the software is supposed to "auto-switch" back, it doesn't! And need help from support? That's laughable, they just blame you for being incompetent instead of taking ownership that their software is garbage. They're too busy adding features that are useless instead of just supporting HEADPHONES.

Although I returned it, this headset was awesome. Changing the EQ right off the headset was really cool feature. I got this so I could use it on primarily, for my PS5, and Series x. Sounds really convenient and I thought I would get rid of my Xbox headset but already owning an Xbox dedicated headset, I couldn’t justify the price. I constantly kept thinking about it. It’s my personal dilemma and decided to return it for the Nova 7x. I can still use this on both Consoles (only the Nova 7X) and I can still change EQ settings on the software and they save on to the headset so that you can use your preferred EQ on PS5. I also felt better about the price. One thing I noticed on the nova Pro wireless is that the ANC is hard to tell if it’s on because the ear pads do a really good job at blocking out noise. I highly recommend this headset especially if you have both consoles and would like to have 1 for both. I just couldn’t justify the price, but I know that’s personal.

Great headset for the Xbox, would have been 5 stars but the software for updates couldn’t detect the headset using MAC

Everything about this mix is flawless other than the fact the batteries it came with. One battery just does not charge anymore in the dock but the other one has been working fine.

Great headset for multi player online games and provides bass that my Arctis 9xs didn't. Custom eq is great.

My favorite headset so far so cats don't pull of my headphones. Don't over drain the batteries or you have to charge them while in the headset instead of the dock. Steelseries will also give you free batteries if you tell them yours won't charge anymore!
