Great Product, a little pricey but certainly worth it.

I feel the mic isn’t as good as it could be but it is a headset and not a standalone mic so as long as your exceptions are in the realm of possibility it is a great sounding headset I would recommend getting the 7x instead of spending the extra money for these

Needed a lightweight headset that would work with multiple units. It is a great product I wasn’t sure because we have used wireless Astros but this product worked great it’s a great value.

The headset sounds good but on pc the companion app is terrible. The biggest issue though is it constantly reverses the left and right audio in shooter games which is a huge problem.

My brother loved his gift just wish the ear cuffs were better but other than that really good headset

For the price I find that the audio qaulity is lacking in audio differentiation, clarity and audio appointment. To clarify: the background noises were hard to detect even at loud volumes. My old headset was immersive and this headset made it hard to discern where footstep were eminating from, while gamming. I have not used the headset for music so I can't give an account of the quality there. However, if this headset doesn't properly appoint sounds while gamming I can't imagine it being any better when being asked to do the same with music. The dongle is what sets this headset / dongle combo above most others in this category. See Youtube for a clarification on this. All in all. Would not buy again.

I like thats they are stylish and blend like regular headphones, swapping batteries , only con is sweaty ears from the laether maybe a paper towel would help lol

Had this headset for about 3 weeks and the sound is pretty disappointing for xbox series x. The Sonar software only works with pc and does not transfer over to xbox at all. I even did a firmware update for the gen dac 2 and everything I tried under audio settings was not very good and the bass on these nova pro wireless is pretty weak and very underwhelming. The swappable battery packs were decent but annoying to have to swap out in the middle of a game of mw3. These are definitely not worth $350 because they don’t live up to the hype for that price whatsoever. I ended up returning the steelseries arctis nova pro wireless. I picked up the razer blackshark v2x wired headset for $50 and honestly they blow the steelseries out of the water in sound , bass is excellent and the mic quality on the razer blackshark v2x is excellent. I wanted to like the steelseries nova pro wireless but not being able to use all of the features for console is a big no in my book. Please save your money on this overpriced garbage and just give the razer blackshark v2x a try, I personally love them and for the price I bought both the black and white version. Hope this helps someone looking for their next headset for xbox series x/s

BEST INVESTMENT FOR A SET OF HEADPHONES. They have so many features... my brother was still learning about them a week into owning the headphones.

I have went through 2 of these headsets in a month, the first was ordered online and came pretty quick. The headset was working for about 3 days before 1 of the batteries started dying and was only lasting about 2 or 3 hours on a full charge. After 6 days it started having issues where it would randomly disconnect and reconnect with no warning and sometimes habe to be manually reconnected with the base station. The dual bluetooth is nice when it works but half the time when connected to your console and phone at the same time the phone audio would just cut out and not work. After i returned and got another the second started having similiar issues but this time instead if battery issues it was having audio quality issues. With volume at about half any explosions or music with deep bass would cause the headset to pop or crinkle, i had the eq set at almost flat and it still did it. The headset has almost no bass without changing the eq but doing so was bottoming out the speakers. Also this has been praised for making footsteps louder but when they are so loud and it cant reproduce where thwy are coming from exactly you look left when they are on your right, it almost like mono audio instead of spatial like its supposed to be. The anc bulb is also very annoying after an hour you can really feel it pushing on your lobe and the noice cancellation is negligible at best while cutting battery life in half if left on. Sidetone creates a very annoying hum. This headset has so many qc and design issues that you should go with with something else.

These in the Astro A50s are definitely the only headsets I’ll ever use from now on… it has a line out option to go to your XLR set up so you can monitor yourself on the mic as well which is nice.

Awesome for pc… so much customization, but Xbox the mic isn’t as great because of that reason and can pick up noise… would be a 5 star… I like much more than tb stealth pros idk why people think that sounds better because that’s a 3/5 all around

This headset is very good! The only complaint I have is that sometimes when I have the microphone on there’s a static noise which I can’t seem to get rid of which is annoying of hope steelseries is able to fix that but other than that a great microphone for its price imo.

Hands down the best right now, they are getting long in the tooth but if it's not broke. The sonar app make these a most for fps. They bring Tarkov alive and no one can hide on csgo.

Service was beyond my expectations was quick ad easy without any issues nor damage to the product for my first online purchase.

First one was completely broken didn’t even work even after firmware update. Had to bring it to get a new one. now after some time with this one my mic quality is very bad people can hear my fan when I’m on a call on top of audio cutting in and out from my Xbox when playing games.
