Best headset I've ever owned, was skeptical at first but totally glad i bought this

If you get aftermarket ear cups, this headset will be the best one you've had for any console ever. Highly recommend if you have some money to blow and you want a great upgrade.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he loved it. He loved the style and the fact that he can use them for his PS5 also.

First off this sounds great, has awesome range aling with having both wifi and Bluetooth connections at the same time. My main problem is the wifi hub it comes with and the hotswapping feature. Multiple times when i plug a new battery in itll kill the hub for what appears to be a random amount of time before finally turning back on hours later now requiring a firmware update to bring the headset back from an apparent bricked state. Overall its a nice headset, i did swap the pads for a thicker pair but im concerned about the longevity of this device.

These headphones are amazing. Sound quality is great, spatial audio is fantastic, and battery life is good as well.

Great gaming headset. Worth to buy on sale. Gets a little hot with the pleather earcups. May pick up replacements.

Very comfortable but the software for customizing the sound mixer wasnt very easy I just wanted seperate dual channels similar to astros

I currently have a Logi Pro X wireless and was trying to upgrade to see what all the hype was about. This thing is not what I expected. The packaging is great lol. The padding for the headset is not breathable. It makes my face sweat. I am not used to that. The software I needed to use for my PC to get it to work correctly is very confusing. The software actually messed with my permissions and took control of my audio on the pc. The sound quality was trash compared to my logi pro X. The switch controller was ok, but nothing to be inpressed with. I would rather just get the nice Logitech Pro X and move the dongle from one pc to the other honestly. Just to be clear on the sound quality, the reverb/playback of your voice is not good. When you talk, you can hear yourself, but it seems the mic does not get close enough to your face. The buttons do multiple functions so I was constantly trying to remember which button did what and how many times to press each one. If I had to choose between this and the Turtle Beach 700 stealth gen2, Well I would get the Turtles because they are much easier to use and way better sound quality. I feel bad for everyone that told me to get these because of how nice they were. If I could get the word out about the logitech, the turtle beach and corsairs headsets to the people that bought this overpriced bundle of crap, I WOULD LOVE TOO.

Sound quality wasn’t very good. Worked fine wirelessly on PS5 but you have to plug the head phones into the controller on the xbox series x. Totally not worth the money if your planning using them for first person shooter games. The batteries swap feature is a good along with the bluetooth to your phone. But I would never recommend these to any of my gaming buddies. If turtle beach would come back out with X 41’s I would gladly buy them again. All my friends on Xbox agree that there the best headphones we have all used and we have tired a lot of them.

Has all the right stuff except a working mic for Xbox live party chat. Great battery life and rich feature set, just has a serious flaw with mic monitoring in chat on Xbox. If the "mic level "is set to 5 or anything above it registers constant feedback to party members. Below 5 the mic abruptly cuts out during chat and makes party chat members hear you as if you were using a drive thru speaker at a fast food joint. Tried support and couldn't get a clear answer about a possible software update to alleviate this problem. Had to return. Had such high hopes sadly.

I like this headset, my recommendation is to play with eq settings for footsteps in call of duty. It’s hard to hear with default presets that’s in the eq settings.

Headset works wonderfully! Sonar is really helpful in fps titles and admittedly is a completely different experience for those whove never tried it. Highly recommended, would buy another pair!

I use this on ps5 and pc even though it says Xbox because technically they're the same aside from a chip for xbox's codec. Works great on everything.

I bought and returned various other headsets. Who’re stopping with these. These are INCREDIBLE. You can customize the audio completely and easy to use with my Xbox and tv. Love them

The biggest issues I had with other wireless is the contant audio drops. These have no ido drops that i have experienced. I will note the controls and band IMO are not as good as the 9X but overal better headset

The is headset has been great. The only downside is the screen gets terrible burn-in with the default settings. Seems like a major design flaw.

This is a great device. My boyfriend is a heavy gamer and loves the ease of use and flexibility of the headband.

Great headset and features, just greatly lacking bass which is a huge selling point for me. Otherwise I loved them
