Like Best Buy, it delivers everything it promises. Love this product and the ease of acquiring them when no one else had them including steel series (at the time of purchase).

Their nothing i dislike about my headset, but i do love everything so far about them

Great sound easy to use major flaw with mic on Xbox thought even after research and hours of messing with settings the mic either let all background noise through and the slightest breath would set it off if you lowered the mic sensitivity you would have to yell for it to pick up there was no in between other than that great headset very comfortable

I love that almost everything is configurable about this headset. The only thing I wish is up the mic would be longer so that it would pick up my voice a little bit better

Best headset I have ever used. Steelseries is my go-to brand for my gaming equipment. The ability to have your headset connected to your PC and phone simultaneously is a game changer.

These have been some of the best gaming headphones I have owned. If you use them with pc there is much more personalization.

I use this headset for my xbox and pc and it seemlessly switches to xbox when i turn that on and vice versa.

Good headset, great sound quality. Sadly has issues with the DAC and mute button after 9+ months of use.

Fantastic headset with unmatched functionality. The ability to connect to multiple devices at the same time it amazing. Only downside is the mediocre microphone.

After a few months of use the dac stopped working. Its been a decent product and I’m working with steelseries to get it replaced but it seems that many people have had issues with this product after doing a bit of research.

I really like the headset, especially in the office for phone calls and computer use. For the xbox, sometimes I have a hard time mixing the chat and game volume in high action games.

The only problem is they are not comfortable past an hour. We will be purchasing some new cushions.
