Had astro a50s while they worked very well for years. Upgrading to these you have alot more adjusting options to get optimal quality. Strongly recommend getting these if you have the $$$

Do your self a favor and don’t bother with this one. The software they make you download immediately causes issues. You’ll either have no sound and the mic will workish or you’ll have sound and the mic won’t work. Then you will spend hours messing with the settings and accomplish absolutely nothing. I then returned it after days of trying to make it work, figured If I was having this many issues it has to be defective. Got a new one and had the exact same issues. Steelseries has no one actually doing anything to help their support site is just FAQs with no help. The headset has great ideas, but failing to execute on all fronts due to 0 customer service and the product just doesn’t work.

One of the batteries isn't charging.. frustrating!

The headset work great for the 2 months I had them, The Steelseries pc software is awesome to use and easy to adjust the EQ on the headset. The only problem is base station that connects to my pc stop working and only Bluetooth works. I saw on reddit that this is a recurring issues with this headset. Glad I purchased the geek squad protection plan for this headset.

Worked fine then all of a sudden I received the flashing blue led. I tried to repair it to the DAC multiple times without success. Returning. Too much money for this much hassle.

First set of headset. Good quality and like the idea of the dual batteries provided. Once in use and another charging. Sound quality is decent, could be better for the price.

No complains or anything on the headphone. Massive performance on both gaming and entertaining. Hand down the best headphone of 2022!

This headset dies when it says 20% battery. Confusing instructions.

Not worth the purchase. Constantly loses connection to hub and Bluetooth. Does not connect seamlessly. Occasionally the sound will drop and just be a loud metallic screech. The software might be good if you use them for PC gaming, but for consoles there is very little custimization

Excellent headset, would buy again! But I would also say the quality of the headset is the best one out there

The sound from these is ok but it's super super muffled when compared with a wired headset. I really tried to like it but just couldn't get over the distorted sound. I tried a ton of different variations for the sound but just couldn't find one that felt natural. The rest of the headset was nice but the mic is flimsy.

Great headset great design but the headset keeps losing connectivity. Had them for almost week update the firmware still having connection issues. 

Would not hold a charge. Had to return to the store to exchange for another brand.

Only complaint i have is i can't use the features it has from my phone only from my computer

I would strongly recommend this headset to any gamer who wants the high end stuff!

First pair was great i ended up returning because my astro a50s still worked. 6 months later my astros died. I replaced them with these. my first set i returned do to weird "ufo" feedback noises. The brand new pair is about to go back because it takes 5 minutes for the base station to connect to the headset if it does at all. Im really hoping the next pair works...

Purchased in July and it wouldn’t connect to anything other than my iPhone (would not connect to my iPad, Xbox, Switch, or multiple LG C3 series TVs) and when it’s connected to my phone the lights never stop flashing and irritates anyone around me.

Awesome headset great dac. Great all around! Would recommend.

Product doesn’t work impossible to hook up batteries don’t charge

I was extremely excited to try this headset out with all the positive reviews. Sadly just like some other people I could not get sync at all with the gamedac. Has a lot of potential, but I'd wait til they fix the hardware and firmware. Now I have to drive to BB to return this and hopefully get another. I never even got to hear it LOL
