I picked up these headphones because of all the awards thet it has won. Overall I would say its a hype train. Build quality is average the matte finish shows oils and finger print. Comfort i would give a 3/5 the headphones driver siticks far out into the ear cuff and hits my ear when wearing glasses or while long sessions are had. The audio sounds about the same and the limited audio settings on the dac is confusing and useless. Downloading the steel series app to control more audio is a terrible design and it always wants to revert to using the headphones mic as the standard output. If you aren’t using a standalone mic this isn’t an issue, but if you are like i am it sucks. I don’t believe they are worth their price tag and i fail to see why they are rated so highly.

Been using this headset for a while now and it’s amazing. The steep price for this headset is definitely warranted. You get what you pay for

Amazing headset steel series continue to show why they're the best in the game

Coming from the SteelSeries Arctis 9x, this was a great upgrade for me. Significantly better wireless connectivity options and way better battery capacity. I wear glasses and the ear cups do kinda squeeze a bit, but I'm hoping it gets better when they are broken in.

They now, by default, require you to download their god awful software to use the chat mixer, something that used to be a feature the moment you connected the headsets. Sonar on my nova 7s always has to be reinstalled because it wont open or it no longer recognizes the headset. The headset is smaller now, much less comfortable, it clamps down on your head like a girl with daddy issues and pro wireless has the awful anc speakers that presses into your ears. The only reason I still have one of these headsets is because I have sensitive hearing and there is little to no hissing/static white noise from these headsets unlike other wireless gaming headsets. The mic sucks btw.

The best headset I have bought! Makes my streaming life so much easier instead having to unplug headphones from the pc to the controller now just a simple push of the button so nice!!!

Overall build of the headphones are amazing, but the software driving them? Omg, what an absolute headache... Its the worst. First it requires a login so they mine your data, second it screws with your settings constantly. Its supposed to make it easier, but it doesn't. Want to seperate voice from game? Sure. But you have to click the LITTLE button on the corner to allow it. If not, it won't let you. Want to use the speakers on your computer, good luck! Even though the software is supposed to "auto-switch" back, it doesn't! And need help from support? That's laughable, they just blame you for being incompetent instead of taking ownership that their software is garbage. They're too busy adding features that are useless instead of just supporting HEADPHONES.

Upgraded from steel series arctis 9x to nova pro wireless for xbox and am very happy. I went through teo setbof 9x due ti consistent crackling noises and disconnects from the xbox. This new set has no issues and is of a very good quality.

I have had them all! I finally feel like this one is the one that is right FOR ME. Deep bass, clear vocals, immersive sounds etc. Zero disconnections, zero lag. Just please do not use Sonar. Sonar makes the sound distorted. Use dolby ATMOS . Thank me later.

Great sound and best connection I’ve seen in a gaming headset. Haven’t had any issues swapping between Xbox and PS. Having the Bluetooth connected to the phone at the same time it’s connected to my Xbox is a plus.

My son doesn’t like change, so when he needed new headphones he was hesitant. These headphones were just what he was looking for. Hard to beat these all around!!

Theses head phones are incredible , worth the money for sure. Everything is crystal clear and picks up the slightest in game sounds.

These things are great, and if you customize them with the steel series app, it uses it great

This headset is an improvement to the last gen in so many ways. The leather change is more comfortable in my opinion. The upgrade design is a big improvement. You can literally use them as your daily headset outside of gaming. Would definitely recommend this product

Made a huge difference on my enjoyment playing competitive games. Being able to hear people coming up on me is a game changer.
