Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the superb sound quality, amazing battery life, and comfortable design of the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset. Many appreciate its compatibility with multiple gaming platforms and the convenience of Bluetooth connectivity. However, some find the price to be high and the noise-canceling feature could be improved. A few users also mentioned that the software could be more user-friendly and the ear pads could be more substantial.

Amazing Headset
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this headset for my PlayStation 5 Slim and I definitely am glad I did! The sound quality is perfect in my opinion and they are very comfortable around my ears. This product is a prime example of “you get what you pay for”. If you spend a little bit more money, you can afford a quality product like this. If you just purchased a new PlayStation or Xbox and you’re looking for a good headset and cost isn’t an issue, definitely go with these!

Casual fps player
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went from the a50s not as customizable preset wise but bluetooth option is great as well as having an extra battery to swap out youll never have a dead headset. Sounds is equal if not better and headset is overall more comfortable.

Almost perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset is the best, especially if you have multiple consoles/pc. Currently using it on Ps5 and Xbsx and it works perfectly. I previously had the old Arctis pros and these do sound better, but only slightly. If you have the money and just want these you won’t be disappointed. If you’re old Arctis pros are still good then it may not be worth the upgrade. Noise canceling works good enough for a gaming headset. The headset is way more comfortable than the previous model and while I’m not a huge fan of leather earcups these don’t bother me. The most annoying flaw for me is that you can no longer have multiple custom eqs on the dac. You only have an option for 1. Now if you’re a pc player you can have multiple but console players are out of luck. I just wish I could get one more custom eq for open world games and fps games.

Solid headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.10/10 best headset I’ve ever used. You can hear all the little details and then some. Got the Xbox version because it can be utilized on both PC and PlayStation.

Versatile headset.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After having many different headsets over many years for my consoles. This is the best one by far. The battery life on one battery is long. After gaming a few hours, few days a week. Not a lot of gaming. I am able to swap out batteries once a week. The audio quality is fantastic. Much better bass response than other Steelseries headsets. These work great connected to a cell phone. And while they are not as good dedicated headphones for music. They are still pretty decent. On Battlefield I am able to pinpoint footsteps and shot location. I can even do so while listening to music off of my cell phone. Yes, these are expensive. But they are good enough to not only work as your headset, but also as headphones. And with the premium design. They don’t look as out of place out and about.

Best Gaming Headset I've Owned So Far
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming off of the ASTRO A50's 3rd Gen, this was a major upgrade! I had to continuesly tune the A50's if I was playing a shooter, an RPG, listening to music, or watching movies. These... It's got a separate music profile/game profile, and it will switch automatically. As far as the SteelSeries Sonar virtual sound, I can locate EXACTLY where people are on the map from their footsteps in COD/APEX/Valorant. It's night and day... That, and the fact that I can just swap the battery when they start to die versus having a cable hooked up with my A50's. I was waiting to get them on a sale to save myself $50, but at the end of the day, it's worth every penny.

Good Headset`
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is really nice. Fits comfortably on my head. The sound is great. The ANC could be a bit better but don't mind since I am not always using it. Wireless is great so you aren't restricted to a length with a cord.

Great sound and features but lacks in comfort
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is solid and I don’t mind the Steel Series GG application- lightweight and easy to navigate. The swappable battery is great feature. Comfort is lacking for price, they are tight on the head and the ear cups don’t provide a ton of space.

$350 for a Midlife Crisis in Headset Form
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let’s get this out of the way: I wanted to love this headset. I wanted to feel like a tech god while seamlessly switching between slaying on Xbox and pretending to answer work calls on my Mac. Instead, I got a plastic tiara disguised as premium tech. Sound & Mic • Sound? Meh. Like ordering a filet mignon and getting a microwaved meatloaf. • Mic? Imagine yelling through a soup can tied to a string. At $350, I expected James Earl Jones, not static and sadness. • ANC? It’s there in spirit, but I think it’s just holding my hand while noise continues to destroy my soul. • Transparency mode? Strangely decent, like that one coworker who actually responds to emails. Comfort • The ear pads are tighter than my jeans after Thanksgiving. I have a small head and still felt like my ears were being punished for something. • Aftermarket pads supposedly fix it, but I haven’t gotten that far in my emotional healing process. • Also: they’re heavy. If they fall off your head (which they will), pray you don't have hardwood floors, cause they gonna break. Features • Bluetooth + 2.4GHz at once? YES. This is the one thing that made me feel like I was living in the future. • Switching between Xbox and Mac is buttery smooth. Unlike literally everything else. • Retractable mic is cute, but I’d rather have good audio than a magic disappearing act. Software (aka The Villain of This Story) • You have to install their software to update the headset. • Except… surprise! On Mac, it doesn’t work. At all. Ever. It recognizes my headset about as often as my dog recognizes my authority. • The Sonar app — the main reason I bought this — isn’t even included in the Mac version. It’s like buying a car and learning the steering wheel is extra. Final Verdict • Would I buy this again for $350? No. I’d rather invest in socks — at least they don’t gaslight me. • At under $200? Eh. If you’re an Xbox user who doesn’t mind bad software and a mid mic, it’s… okay. Cool idea. Mediocre execution. Amazing at pretending to be worth $350. Mac users — run. Everyone else — only buy if it’s on sale and you’re emotionally prepared.

Worth the price for comfort and sound quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Most comfortable headphones ive ever owned. Had thr arctis 9’s before these, after those went out after 4 years, i got these. A bit pricey, but worth the price. Can wear them for hours without discomfort even with glasses. The sound is very clear. The only thing i dont like is when its about to die, it will beep in your ear every 10 seconds or so. Other than that, worth the price.

Mostly incredible, doubt you’d return
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.More like 4.5 stars. The headset is an overall solid and complete package, nails every large feature and user need, while missing out on some details with a generally good but mixed build quality. The swappable battery system is incredible. Still $350 is too much for any non professional headset, thankfully it’s on sale for $285 every once in a while. So wait for that, it’ll be one of the best peripherals/accessories you’ve ever bought.

Great gaming headphones.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound. Able to connect between The Xbox/PS4 and or my phone seamlessly. I can play on my PS5 while listening to Spotify music while also listening to Audible. Just wish i could change the volume between chat and game on the physical headset itself rather than having to get up, walk over to the little device thats plugged into my consoles to do so. Otherwise its a fantastic purchase.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At the time I'm writing this review the headset retails before tax at 350$ so close to 380$ after tax. I've owned this headset for about a month and a half. I CANNOT say this headset is worth the money. *****I use this headset on Xbox and PC****** My biggest complaint is the power button on the headset does multiple things: 1. Turns the ANC OFF and ON (single click) 2. Turns the transparent mode ON and OFF (double click) And 3. Then turns the power off and on. (hold button) The cool LED display they have does not show you if you ANC IS TURNED OFF OR ON you just have to know. Same goes for transparent mode LED display does NOT tell you if its turned on but that honestly is very obvious when turned on. This button you use isn't the most responsive to be honest it feels cheap it sometimes takes me multiple tries to turn the ANC back on after I noticed I turned it off. I think I accidently turn the ANC OFF when trying to power down the headset. This headset needs a dedicated power button or switch. Alright now for the other not great things this headset does but cost 350$. There is a microphone in both ear pieces that can touch your ear. I don't have big ears by any means but I find myself having to have the headset just right or my ear will ever so slightly be touching which is a small thing but this headset cost 350$ so I'm gonna pick. Another dumb thing is that you can put these batteries in the charger backwards. I did it when I first got the headset and it got stuck in the charger. I had to do some serious finessing to get it out which cause some scratching to happen around the charger. My mistake ill take the blame but it was very easy to slide into the wrong spot and get stuck. That's my only point there. I feel like I'm missing some stuff but that's about all the problems I see in this headset. It does do a lot of things right and the sound quality is good. I just feel like the price is too much.
